Fantastic condo right in the heart of Provincetown. The three spacious sleeping areas accommodated my husband, me, and our two young adult children perfectly for Family Week. The owners really go out of their way to make sure the unit has everything you might need for your stay. I would definitely rent again.

Location can’t be beat. Everything you would want in a Ptown vacation. Close to all the bars and restaurants. Glen was a great host and was readily available to answer any questions we had. Check in and checkout processes were very easy. Would definitely stay again!

Welcoming

It is our first rental where we felt as it was home. The rental has condiments, spices, snacks, drinks, easy meals on site with a use and replace policy. It was so nice to not rush to the store upon arrival. In addition to food, it had beach items, raincoat, and umbrellas. The place was clean, the decor made our stay, great location,, quiet building, and hosts were caring and responsive. Thank you.

Best PTown Condo/Week/Stay Ever

Where do I begin!? The central location alone was just one of a laundry list of incredible things about this property, with Glen (the host) being the shining star. He was incredibly kind and responsive. There weren't any guests the night before we were scheduled to arrive so he even invited us to check in a night earlier. We loved the home-ish feel of the space as Glen actively lives there many weeks of the year. It was fully stocked with amenities with a "if you use it, please replace it" policy that we certainly took to heart. Whenever there was a certain dish we wanted to cook or a particular amenity we were hoping to use the supplies were easy to find. I can't sing enough praises about Glen or this condo. As a Boston resident we come to PTown at least 1-2 weeks a year and this was by far our favorite place to stay. We would love to come back as long as he will have us!

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed a beautiful stay in this wonderful three bedroom home. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the breezes made the air conditioning not even necessary. My kids also enjoyed the Harry Potter movies that made our one rainy afternoon into a perfect excuse to sit around on the couch.

Great location! Just steps to Commercial Street and beach!

Glen is an amazing host -- accessible and responsive-- and clearly cares about the comfort and experience of his guests . There was plenty of room for 5 adults (and 2 dogs!) and the condo is stocked with everything one could possibly want or need for a great vacation. Having a designated parking space is great too.

All the Comforts, Perfect Location

Glen was a great host. The place is the perfect size for the 5 of us. The condo is situated on the inside of a side street, so it's quiet and serene. But also right off of Bradford, just one block from the bustling Commercial street. Plenty of drinks and amenities were stocked upon arrival, which we replaced upon leaving (including a candy machine with M&Ms). This made it very convenient, especially after traveling all day. The furnishings were comfortable and the decor fit for a queen (or 5). Overall, the best place we've stayed in our 20 years frequenting P-Town, and we will definitely stay again.

The Perfect Rental

Perfect Covid Vacation

We were not to sure how ptown during a pandemic would be. as many of our usual stops were not open, we spent a lot more time at our rental than typically. Glen and Thom's condo was the perfect place to do so. from the beautifully decorated space, to the spacious loft, and the amazing outdoor deck (where we had our own 3-4 person "tea dance" each day) we couldn't have asked for a better place to hang. When we did go into town (with our masks on) the location could not have been better. Centrally located, (pretty much behind town hall), steps from Commercial street. You could walk to any location in town in no time. Thanks again for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home!

Can’t wait to go back!

We could not have asked for a nicer place to spend Family Week with our two kids. Glen’s condo is absolutely gorgeous — and the location (~1 block to the Crown & Anchor) simply can NOT be beat. Glen was always super responsive and accommodating. We had absolutely NO issues whatsoever. He even left us a nice bottle of wine and a bag of goldfish for the kids. Ha! Do not pass this place up — you will be sorry if you do. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Exceptional Property in MANY ways!!

From beginning to end this was a gem of a find for our P-Town vacation. The unit is tastefully updated and remodeled. It was spotless upon arrival and well stocked from the kitchen utensils to the bathroom towels. There were many personal touches to make their guests comfortable: Ceiling fans in every room, Great Beds, Beautiful Flat screen TV's in every room, a great sound system, Clear instructions on operating the TV's and sound system, plenty of sundries in the bathroom, a fun selection of DVD's in every room, etc. The owners really pay attention to detail when anticipating their guests needs. The owners were also very easy to contact along with instructions as to who to contact for any possible household fixes. We hope to return here soon and have nothing negative to say about this property. One last but important note: it's steps away from Commercial Street and the location simply can't be beat!
