2018 constructed 1 BR Condo with A/C and heat, fully equipped kitchen, w/d, queen bed, sleeps two. Two private decks. One totally restricted to unit overlooking street. .Designated parking place on premises. Fully furnished with all necessities. Wi-Fi and cable.
Linens and towels provided.
Pets allowed.
One block from the heart of Provincetown commercial scene. One block from the Boatslip, bike rentals, and numerous restaurants.

Wonderful Property and Location!

The property owner was very responsive to our requests and has taken great care to make sure the property was fully outfitted! Highly recommend! The most comfortable I have felt in Provincetown in years!!!

Great place in a perfect location

The pictures do not do the place justice. The condo is really cute, very clean and comes with anything and everything you would need in a kitchen. The location is also spot on, a minute away from Commercial street.

Perfect stay in the center of Ptown!

John's condo is lovely, modern and clean, with everything you need for a great stay in Provincetown. The location is perfect, right up the street from Joe Coffee and right down the street from Stop 'n Shop. Can't beat it!

Cozy Condo Near Town

The condo was cozy, clean and well appointed. The location was a close walk to town with access to quiet side streets for leisurely dog walks. Overall a very nice experience.

Would stay again!

Its not easy to find a rental this close to the acrion that is affordable and pet friendly. John was great with communication, helpfulness, and friendliness. This place is just a block and a half from Joe's coffee and 2 blocks from commercial street. Excellent location! Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Little Place

My husband and I stayed here to ring in his 40th Birthday just a short walk from Commercial Street. The condo was immaculate, John was terrific with his communications, and the proximity to all of the amenities of Commercial Street cannot be overstated.

Perfect location, SO comfy!!

This property has it all—a short walk to anywhere, onsite dedicated parking, all the comforts of home. It is beautifully appointed with coastal/nautical decor, tiled shower, all appliances. Everything felt so clean & new! Thank you John for providing such a wonderful space that felt safe, was SO accessible, and very relaxing.

P-Town Hidden Gem

Our stay was just amazing in this modern oasis in Provincetown! John’s home was clean and neat and truly was a home away from home. It was just a short walk, one street away, from the main downtown area where there were so many great restaurants and shopping. When I had a question for John, he responded so quickly. We liked our stay so much, we would definitely like to come back again!

My guests were excellent guests. Communication was very good on their part. They experienced a problem with Xfinity’s WiFi service in their second day, and unfortunately I was unable to access their message until quite late that night. Fortunately Xfinity was able to reboot the system on informing them . I would definitely welcome them back should they choose our second home on a future visit to Ptown .

A great week in our happy place

From the beginning of the booking process John responded quickly to our questions and made us feel valued as guests. His communications were clear and precise so we always knew what to expect. The property was comfortable and clean and exactly as depicted in the listing. The location was absolutely perfect. Everything we wanted to do was a short walk away. There was on site parking so we head ready access to our car for when we ventured further away from the town center. We had a lovely experience and will surely return in the future.

The unit is comfortable, and very close to Provincetown’s Commercial Street and all it offers. The deck is a great place for people watching and coffee in the morning. This is our second home, so it is furnished and decorated to our personal taste that we offer to our guests.

The West End location is convenient and close to all that draws people to PTown. We include a parking place and we welcome your dog , with certain considerations for others in condo complex. The unit is a great getaway all year round.
