About this space
This home has been designed to help you enjoy some good clean fun. Come stay at a home that offers family fun in a relaxing and entertainment for you and your family. From young to old you will have something to do here. If that isn't enough, you are a little over 30 minutes from some of the best ski mountain fun in the World. Or a few minutes to shopping, movie theaters and downtown Salt Lake City. You are 15-30 minutes away from almost everything. Enjoy!
The space
There is plenty of room to sleep your friends and family. This home has 3 king beds, 2 Queen Beds, 3 full beds, and 8 twin beds. There is also a twin sofa bed in the master bedroom and 2 Queen/Full pullout couches in the home, along with queen/full air mattress. We provide all of the blankets/linens you should need. There are also 2washers/dryers in the home should you need to launder linens during your stay.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and the yard, along with the 2 car garage.

*We allow for early check in/check out if it is available at a rate of $20.00 per hour.

*PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept responsibility for any accident, injury, illness, damage, weather conditions, acts of nature, or death sustained to any person authorized or unauthorized to enter the property, regardless of the cause, in addition to lost, stolen, or items left behind. It was a very large and accommodating house that easily fit our 4 couples including 4 kids. Came with two kitchens and 4 bathrooms in total.

We had 10 high school boys golfers and 2 coaches. We arrived late, 8:30 pm, and left the next morning at 5:45 am. We all enjoyed the space we had and the uncrowded hotel rooms don't offer! We will be looking forward to scheduling 2 nights in October for the State finals. Thank you so much for allowing us stay in a nice home in the Salt Lake Valley. Bob, Jason, and the boys!

The house had a wonderful amount of space for our large family stay. There were so many well thought out activity areas for everyone. The grandkids were thrilled with the themed bedding and upright original styled video games! It met all we needed and the owner's had great communication.

Check in was great. The house was mostly clean. More concerning was the random piles of junk in areas like the master closet up high, pile of dirty socks in the garage, part of the floor boarder that was sharp that we has to tape, and the closet door that was completely detached and fell when we first arrived. The host was sometimes responsive and sometimes not. The price was very affordable so my expectations were not high but the safety concerns were disappointing. There is a lot of potential for the house with all the bedrooms and two kitchens and many bathrooms but the unfinished projects were a let down.

The house was very clean, spacious and filled with amenities. However, there were numerous issues with the amenities, as the pool table and ping pong table were both unusable. None of the (3) pool sticks had a tip, and one of them was damaged beyond repair. The pool table itself was in a state of disrepair such that the rails were no longer glued to their substructure, and the cloth looked like it hasn't been cleaned or changed in over a decade. The ping pong table had no net, and the 1 ball found was a cheap imitation of a ping pong ball that someone had smashed. We "unsmashed it, but it was still unusable. We ended up purchasing our own "ping pong kit" from Walmart (containing a net, 4 balls, and 2 paddles) and donating it to the property so future guests could use it. The Poker table looked like someone sat on it and it was tilted to one side about to collapse. There were 2 arcade systems, of which would power on, but you could not select any games as the mouse was frozen, and no buttons (or combination thereof) would move the mouse. Of the 11 solar powered lights on the back deck, 8 were buster/missing. The property had so much damage, that we feared we would be held liable for damage, so we took pictures and video of the things we found. Plenty of clean space and ample dishes, cookware, etc., but don't rent this place if you want to use the advertised amenities. The ONLY thing that DID work was the foosball table.

Amazing for our BIG Family

The house worked perfect for our large group. We had 26 people from 8 months to 76 years. Plenty of room for everyone in the bedrooms leaving all game rooms and living rooms open for socializing. The mattresses in the bunk rooms are not comfortable for adults, but all the other beds were comfortable. We were able to communicate with the hosts for an early check in (totally worth the ). We would definitely book again if in the area.

Overall the house was nice! It was clean and well stocked with dishes, utensils, cups, etc. very large and lots of fun kid themed bunk beds. Check in and entry was easy and smooth. The back yard is not huge , but a nicely kept area. There is enough room to play corn hole back there. The deck is nice off of the dining room on the main floor. So many bedrooms! Comfortable beds in the adult sleeping areas. The kids didn’t complain about theirs. Plenty of eating space up and down stairs. We had quite a few people around the downstairs table! There were a few concerns that have been listed in previous reviews that I thought would have been addressed by the time we were there, but unfortunately not yet! That’s why the review is not 5 stars. There is a broken window pane in the entry room/upper game room. The crack goes from the top to the bottom of the window and with the foosball game there, it could very easily get bumped a little bit and break further and cut someone. If a person ran their finger along the crack it could cut the skin. Another window in one of the upper bedrooms has a window that does not latch or lock. Both sides of the window can slide back and forth along the tracks with no way to lock them in place. A safety hazard if one of the windows gets slid open and a child falls out. The main floor is higher than a normal house so a fall out this window is quite high off the ground. But we did enjoy our stay!
