The living area also has a queen bed separated by half walls and curtain walls for privacy. There is a dining table with six leather chairs and a full kitchen with granite countertops, plenty of utensils, full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, range top and oven. There are three extra seats at the breakfast bar too. There is also a portable AC unit to help take the edge off a hot Tahoe day.

Upstairs the loft has a king bed, its own bathroom, plus a small seating area.

Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking.
