Bedroom 4 – Master Suite (Second Floor) – Features a sitting area, work desk, TV, two large closets, and a private en suite bathroom with double sinks and a separate vanity area. Enjoy direct access to a 14x20 porch overlooking the backyard with views of the coast and golf course.

Laundry facilities house necessary laundering items as well as extra cleaning supplies.

Getting Around: Parking in the driveway can accommodate 3-4 cars depending on size. (with caution, stray golf balls do end up in the yard) Lot across from home is intended for golf course visitors only. Safe, walkable area to golf course, beaches, marinas and more. Quick drive to access Rt. 1 and I-95, Groton-New London airport, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
