Adjacent to this incredible kitchen is a formal dining area with seating for 10 and a delightful living area with ample seating in front of a 65-inch TV. Conveniently located next to this wonderful space are a closeted washer and dryer with provided supplies, as well as a half bath.

Step through the double doors or multiple side entries and into an outdoor oasis. You'll find a brand-new 16x32 ft pool, 6 feet deep, alongside a top-notch hot tub that comfortably accommodates 7 to 8 people.

This home is designed for guests' comfort, featuring two ground-floor bedrooms, two second-level bedrooms, a full bath on each level, and an additional half bath on the ground floor.

Bathroom 3 – En suite of Bedroom 4, with double sinks, separate vanity space with seating, shower, and water closet 

Fresh linens, bath towels, and personal soaps (including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more) are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with towels, utensils, place settings, coffee makers, toaster, microwave, and much more! Laundry facilities house necessary laundering items as well as extra cleaning supplies.

Eastern Point Beach: Just a few minutes away walk or drive, we provide beach passes so you can enjoy the beach and all of its offerings.  This quaint destination with picnic tables & a playground offers swimming, fishing & birdwatching.

Getting Around:
Getting Around: Parking in the driveway can accommodate 3-4 cars depending on size. (with caution, stray golf balls do end up in the yard) Lot across from home is intended for golf course visitors only. Safe, walkable area to golf course, beaches, marinas and more. Quick drive to access Rt. 1 and I-95, Groton-New London airport, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
