Nestled in the serene Veranda Palms Resort, this mansion offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to Orlando's famous attractions. Whether you're returning from a day at the theme parks or enjoying the resort's amenities, this home offers the perfect balance of excitement and tranquility.

Please inquire about the cost to add Pool/spa heat to your reservation. If you would like the Spillover spa heated then you do require to add Pool Heat.

BBQ Grill rentals are available for your stay and include propane and cleaning after your stay.

Communities do not allow RVs or Trailers to enter or park in the resort. Please make alternative arrangements if travelling with anything other than your personal vehicles.

The house was so welcoming and convenient to all of the locations for our tournament. We loved the spread out accommodations for our team and coaches. Our boys enjoyed the gaming room and the pool. The beds were a wonderful sleep as well as every room having an en suite restroom. We plan on coming back for the tournament next year and hopefully stay in this house again.

This was my second year in a row staying at the house. The house actually seemed in better condition...not that I had any complaints my first time there. Also, amazing response time to any question I emailed. They were always under 15 mins.

House was perfect for our needs. Had 16 guys up for a birthday golf weekend. Lola the house inspector was super helpful even getting us an extra grill that was a huge help for the grilling of our steaks. She should be commended for her customer service skills. Only comment would be that the theatre room probably needed a little better cleaning as we found some trash underneath the lounge chairs.

The home was beautifully decorated throughout the home. Host was very responsive and communicated well. The check in/out process was easy. There is limited parking. Only 5 vehicles can park at house. Limited guest parking. Lots of cars get towed for street parking or grass parking. Tow trucks are very aggressive.

Great house for a large group

Great for groups!

We stayed here with our team for an offsite and rented 3 homes all next to each other. There was some issues with accessing this property and an alarm system (none of the codes the property manager provided worked) but they were very responsive and we resolved it on that first day. Great spot! Would stay again.

Nothing can top this!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay!! We didn’t even want to leave the house to go shopping or anything. This house has everything for all ages. Our kids loved the game area upstairs and enjoyed their time in the pool. Us adults enjoyed the living room area and movie theater. I highly recommend this place. The host was available at all times for any concerns. Great for huge families like mine. If we think about traveling to FL again, would definitely keep this place in mind. The property and the service was awesome! They addressed an issue swiftly and very professionally. The only thing that could be addressed was the stairs could use cleaning and the house could use exterminator. The overall house was was great

Good times and great memories

Perfect place to have a golf trip. Better than a play and stay for a larger group because you get to handout with everyone being altogether in the common areas. Rather than being stuck in a room of 4 people only. Bunch of courses near by for the right price.

Friends and Family Retreat

Our stay was fantastic. The group consist Police Officer, Principals, Administrators, Business Owners etc. at his is our annual Friends weekend and we enjoyed the home. The communication from the booking until check was on point. We have rented before in several communities and come across some very unattractive homes and bad services. This was one of our best. So much space for a total of 23 adults.

15 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms was a huge win for this home! The pool, kids game room, theatre and community pool/amenities were great. Home and pool were cleaned well. The only negative was that the indoor temperature was never able to get below 74 F in daytime and 71 F overnight (outdoors temps of 90-100 F). Ceiling fans or more powerful a/c units would be great for Summer trips. There is also only parking space in driveway to fit 7 cars at most. Overflow parking was down the street.

Great House

Overall the house was perfect. There was some hiccups along the way but Lola was a trooper. The concerns and needs were addressed promptly. We had pleanty of space. The only downside was the subdivision no parking on the street. Theybwas towing

House Is Beautiful / Security Guard Horrible

Stay was wonderful close to Walmart and Sam's. Close to I-4. Only thing I didn't like was parking. Security Guard was working with Tow Truck Towing people cars. All weekend we couldn't enjoy our stay from running out front trying to protect our cars. My truck got towed because it was an inch on the grass... smh. Cost me 175. My Uncles truck got towed cause he cab truck was pass the side walk, this was another cost 175. The house is beautiful the Guard was horrible which kind of ruined our stay.

Beautiful

The place was immaculate. The only issue was it was not able to cool. All the guests had to purchase fans. Items that needed repair were taken care of quickly except the air tech and towels- they never came. When checking in, we did not get instructions on which gate to go to so please updates those instructions. The trash was picked up in a timely manner. We did not know that the garage had been converted into the theater room which created a parking issue but we figured it out. That description needs updating. But the villa was beautiful just hot!

Great place buts needs attention

It was a great place to stay but it needs some TLC. The front door lock was very loose and needed a new set of batteries to function. We couldn't lock the door. There was old coffee left in the decanter. The place needed a good cleaning. The pool table had a broken cue and there wasn't any chalk for the other one. The theater system was too complicated and didn't work. If you're going to offer these amenities, you have to provide instructions on how to use them
