The pictures didn’t do justice to this home. The house had 15 big bedrooms with bathrooms/ showers. The furnishings were in great shape and the pool and spa were immaculate. We had a few question that were answered via text within an 1hr. I have rented many VRBO’s, this one goes to the top of the list.

Great overall experience! The house was very accommodating, especially for a large group and had everything we needed. the pool and hot tub were a plus! Our host was very accommodating and responsive whenever we reached out. Would definitely rebook if we ever go back.

The house was amazing. Exactly as described and more. The rooms are elegantly decorated, the pool is larger than most. The appliances were exactly what was needed to accommodate the large gathering. The neighborhood was really quiet and laid back. Can’t say enough about this amazing property. Would definitely do this one again and again.

Family reunion

There were 23ppl in our group. The house was definitely big enough to accommodate us all. The house was exactly as pictured on the site. The home is located within walking distance of club house, and close to resort entrance. Although not listed, the house does have a bbq grill, which we loved. We had some minor issues on day one, but staff responded and fixed quickly. I would definitely rent this home again.

Our family reunion at this house was absolutely incredible! The house accommodated all of us comfortably, making it the perfect setting for our gathering. One of the highlights was having a private chef come to the property. There was ample space to set up and serve dinner, and the large table was truly amazing—I've never sat at a table that big! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the house is beautifully designed. We had no issues with appliances, and there were plenty of dishes and silverware to host our dinner. The backyard was lovely, and the spa was a hit. The bathrooms and rooms were clean and well-maintained. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this house for any large group looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Spacious & Cozy

Home was perfect for our large family group. We came in town for the Memorial Day weekend and was not disappointed. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Thanks Brian 10 out of 10 I will recommend.

Nice home

Stay was good. House just needs a little interior touch up. Needs bigger living room furniture. House holds 30 people, but the living room furniture can only seat about 6. We had a few problems, but management was very responsive and took care of it.

The home was beautiful and well designed. There was adequate room for everyone. There is a grill and refrigerator outside which was helpful. Our family has been traveling annually to Orlando in similar homes so the things that were missing was a theater room and game room for the kids. The living room seating was not comfortable or adequate but the large dining table helped during family time. There was also uneven distribution of the air conditioning upstairs. Rooms 6, 7 and 8 were freezing and rooms 11-15 were burning up, the guests could not sleep they were so hot. They could not open the windows because some screens were missing. The location was great right between the entrance and the community center. So it was easy walk. There was ample parking since the house is on the lake. The rooms were well appointed and lovely. This house is ideal for adult guests and not a group with lots of kids. Some TVs in the rooms were difficult to operate. We did lots of cooking but we always travel with our own pots as most vacation homes do not nothave big enough pots to accommodate our family size, so no issues there. All in all the house allowed us to spend time together after the lost of our patriarch, my dad, the month before. I appreciated the welcome/condolence card from the management company upon our arrival, that was a nice touch. The management company dis a great job communicating before and during our stay. They helped us find near by parks for our field day activities.

Just ok

Home is as per pictures; however, home was in less than desirable condition. Sparse kitchen supplies (no toaster, no bowls, no spoons, no pots for cooking, no serving bowls). Only a 12 cup coffee pot for a house that sleeps over 30? No other small appliances, no grill. We had to purchase some of our own things that we left behind for the house. We were told the previous renters ruined a lot of things in the house. Some kitchen supplies were brought for us on our 3rd day which was greatly helpful. We got ants coming in mid-week, and roach on our 4th day. We were told pest control couldn't come till weekend. Disappointing. Comms via VRBO were good, but not enough done in a timely manner for us to give more than 3 stars here. The home has potential. Property mgmt needs to be more proactive for next guests. good luck!

The fire alarm panel went off every day. I reset it to silence every day and called you to have some come out to reset it but nobody ever did. I lost a complete nights sleep to the buzzing of the panel all night. Wasn’t happy. Other than that the house was great.
