Welcome to Riverside Retreat! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This quaint 3 bed, 2 bath home was fully remodeled in December 2023. You'll enjoy stunning country views overlooking the Wabash while being just minutes from Purdue's campus, Happy Hollow Park, and Downtown Lafayette!

Directly across from the Wabash River. Just a few minutes from Happy Hollow Park, Campus, and Downtown Lafayette.

Room for 3-4 vehicles on level ground and a few on single lane drive with steep incline - no garage access or parking in the grass.
-Check in: After 4PM
-Check out: 10 AM
-Self check in with smart lock
-No parties or events
-Max occupancy of 6 guests and ALL guests must be registered for entry. No exceptions.
-Exterior security cameras at each entrance on premises for monitoring.
-ONLY toilet paper to be flushed down toilets. Flushing any other material including "flushable wipes" is prohibited.
-NO SMOKING in house, No exceptions.
-Fireplace is not for guest use.
-3-4 Parking Spaces on level ground, additional parking on driveway at on steep incline.
-Please no parking in the grass.
-Must be 21 and older to book.

This was such a cute house for our stay! We were meeting up with family in town and everything was lovely. Plenty of space for everyone to be and the kitchen had the utensils we needed for a short stay. The view of the river was an added bonus.

Exactly as pictured/described. Gorgeous sunlight & river views throughout (especially downstairs). Excellent location. Quiet area. Comfy, cozy home - easy to relax. Beds are as described by other guests - hard but somehow comfortable. Should our oldest choose Purdue, we'll be back for sure!

I really enjoyed our stay! The home has some very nice upgrades and the view is absolutely beautiful. The host was very communicative and made everything easy. The location is perfect, close to campus and convenient to get around. The amenities were great and made my stay extra comfortable and relaxing. I’ll definitely be back!

Great communication, clean house. Struggling with paying 175 for cleaning fee when we had to make sure all furniture was in it’s original location, load & start the dishwasher, and also empty the trash cans. Owner needs to check inside stairs for code compliance. Very short risers and very narrow treads with a lip overhang that makes the usable tread area very narrow. My wife and I are fit, we run and bike, and both of us stumbled coming down the stairs. Me in Friday, her on Saturday. Neither of us were hurt, but the fact that both of us stumbled on the same stairs, suggests the focus should be on the stair riser / treads (run) dimension are actually code compliant.

Great Home!

Our family stayed in this incredibly nice home while visiting West Lafayette! It had everything we needed and more. It is very well put together and very comfortable. We stayed during Christmas week and they were very gracious in putting up a Christmas tree for us to make it feel more like home. Thank you for everything!
