Property RVH_147R Sunrise at Sunset View was a gorgeous, 3 Bedroom Condo in the Reunion Resort. Everything was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. It had everything we could have possibly wanted for an extended vacation. Sunsets off the veranda were beautiful! I loved the large flat-screen TV in the living room that was backlit, while the ceiling fan was a work of art itself. I am already missing the soaker tub in the master bath.In addition, the resort amenities allowed us to go to the water park and pools.

Disappointed

The property was clean and in order. We called that the AC was not working properly it was 84 degrees in the unit. Someone came out and said it was working fine. The unit never got cooler than 83 degrees. The management company just ignored my emails. Very disappointed and will not use again. Thanks for making my vacation miserable.

Another great stay

This is a option instead of staying in Disney World resorts. The price is great and easy to drive to Disney less than 10 min. It would be great to know if a pool or playground is nearby. These 3bedrooms are a good size (1600 to 1800 sq ft).

Recent stay

This is the second time that we have stayed at Reunion Resort. We enjoy the location and enjoy having a large space to stay while visiting. This is the first time I have ever stayed in a property that I had to provide toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex and coffee. We had none of the above and one full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We first thought that they must have forgot to leave it, but after inquiring it was confirmed that we needed to provide it. We are frequent travels and use VRBO for most of our trips, so this is something that we have never experienced in the past. I would recommend that you include this in your information about the property because we would have chosen a different property. Also, if something is considered an amenity you shouldn’t be charging for it. There were several other issues we had with the property like the sliding glass door handle coming off, the master shower drain was so clogged that we had to plunge it along with a toilet. The washer leaked and ran onto the floor, luckily we were there when this happened. There is something that happens when the dryer runs that affects the thermostat as well. I hate to leave bad reviews, but felt it was necessary to warn anyone that is considering this property. The pictures on the website look great, but that is about it. We reached out to the resort and they apologized, but told us they don’t manage or maintain the property. This was confusing at first because everything we received from email communication to payments all have Reunions Resort on it. We hope that someone addresses the issues and maintains the property better.

Spot on!

I must admit, my husband was extremely apprehensive about my accommodation choice for our family vacation. However, I am happy to say that my choice exceeded he and the kids expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Reunion. The unit was spot on as it relates to space and comfort. We were extremely happy with the location as it gave us the privacy that we desired but was not too far from grocery, restaurants and entertainment. Without a doubt, the next time we decide to vacation in Orlando, our we will choose Reunion Resort.
