We love reunion resort!

The place was very nice. We stay here every year and really enjoy it. Everything was fine except the front door was all beat up and the locking system was falling off the door frame.. other than that, it was great! The pool card deposit was refundable, but an inconvenience.. you had to drive to a location off site on one of the busiest roads.. will def come back!

Adequate condo

We’ve stayed in multiple Centre Court Ridge condos over the years. This one was just OK. Flooring, particularly in the Master Bedroom, was coming up. If not careful one could get a sliver in their foot easy or trip on the uneven floor. Also 1st night the drapes in the main family room would not slide shut. Physically had to climb on top of the couch and slide them over the rod to get them to shut so we simply left them shut the whole time. The unit was clean and building quiet. Good location for Disney travelers.

Wonderful location. Management company lacking

Beautiful Property in a fabulous location. Unfortunately the stay had some hiccups that the management company could have fixed and chose not to. The unit itself was lovely. Floor transition had come up so we had to remove it so no one tripped, and the back door Handle on the sliding door was not attached properly. As one person who reviewed above mentioned, there are no supplies so make sure you bring what you will need: toilet paper, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags all of that type of thing as they are not provided. Also another reviewer mentioned that next time it might be feasible to book directly through reunion resort, and I can see how this would be helpful. The unit does not belong to the waterpark or mini golf so we had to pay $60 to mini golf for four people. We did not even attempt the water park. When we arrived at the unit, the cleaner was just arriving and very quickly cleaned to get out of our way. She was very nice but just one person so she did not mop the floors or clean granite surfaces. I had to go behind her and clean all of the smudges and hand prints off of the granite glass table tops and clean the floors as the management company would not send anyone out to do it since I had not taken pictures. Spills, footprints and greasy spots on the floors were not what I expected. On the whole, our stay was fine. Again, I tried to get thr management company out to fix what was Not satisfactory and they refused. When you travel from another country for a vacation it was a big deal for us.

Unit was clean, however, lacked supplies, dish towels. Washer and dryer were small as a result had to laundry every day. Screen door in master bed room off its track, tub in master bath leaking water, sink in master baths left side plunger sink did not work

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful. In the morning I would sit on the patio with a cup of coffee and just enjoy the view. The property is just as described. You won't be disappointed.

Nice stay

Mostly quiet. Comfortable beds, clean, and across from pool. Only thing I wish they would change is you need to drive to the office to get a pool pass for the week. And I would book directly if your a returning guest. Overall good stay
