About this space
Brand New Beachfront Haven with access to rooftop pool and terrace:

Welcome to our pristine retreat in Taganga, a brand new gem just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 10 minutes from Santa Marta. This stunning, spacious haven was meticulously crafted for creating unforgettable memories with friends, family, or your work team. Taganga is renowned for its breathtaking sunsets and famous diving sites, and our vantage point offers a front-row seat to this daily spectacle with a rooftop pool.
The space
Our unique property is designed to comfortably host up to 7 guests. This is a 2 bedroom apartment for with 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. It has two oak handmade double beds, 2 extra fold out beds in each bedroom and a double sofa fold out in a separate room with views of both the garden and sea. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dedicated workspace, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, a cast iron handmade designer balcony with sea views, and the added luxury of a rooftop pool and barbecue area.

Elevate your stay with privileged access to both the terrace and the rooftop pool. Our rooftop pool area features a barbecue space and comfortable hammocks, making it a sanctuary for unwinding. From the terrace, indulge in the mesmerizing sea views while indulging in a refreshing dip in the pool, delivering an enchanting ambiance for your relaxation.

As part of our commitment to your comfort, we offer an array of supplementary services. This encompasses the choice of a delicious breakfast, access to convenient laundry facilities, prompt airport pickup, and smooth intracity transportation. Please note that the property is situated in Taganga, a hilly area and requires an elevated uphill walk to the property of 50 metre. Should have reasonable physical fitness and is not suitable for individuals with mobility challenges.

Hi there, my name is Ruzanna, I am an Armenian from Russia -hence my long name:)

I am a paediatrics doctor and I live in Melbourne, Australia. I host a place in Colombia in a gorgeous fishing village called Taganga

I work a lot even when I travel as most of my travel is volunteering or doing international courses, therefore I have a local co-host who helps in Colombia.

I Speak Russian, English, Spanish, and some Italian:)). My hobby is climbing mountains.
