Direct oceanfront, walk right out from your oceanfront patio onto the no drive beach. This ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the Sunrise Condominium Complex is the perfect unit for your next beach vacation or winter escape! Offering a king size bed in the master bedroom with a full bath with walk in shower and closet. Guest bedroom has a full and twin size bed with an adjacent full bathroom allowing this unit to easily sleep 5 privately. Pack & Play and an air mattress available as well.
Fully equipped updated kitchen and full size washer and drier will make you feel right at home!
The ocean front patio is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening night cap! Bonus enclosed patio provides a great space for your beach equipment, bikes etc! Covered parking on a first come first serve basis. Sunrise is perfectly located on the non drive section of beautiful New Smyrna Beach, walking distance to restaurants, ice cream and more! Sunrise amenities include pool (heated in the winter) tennis and basketball courts, shuffle board and BBQ area.

Great condo by the beach

Great condo! Right by the beach, spacious, very clean. Lovely decorated, all necessary beach equipment provided including beach chairs and canopy. We really enjoyed out stay and would definitely come back.

We wanted a place where we could decompress, and where nothing would stand between us in the sea, and we found it in this little slice of heaven. The condo is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and has everything you could want, in addition to amazing poolside and beach access. We will definitely be back.

Hutton trip

Condo was a convenient location situated nicely on the first floor. For the most part it was a quiet spot except for some building pipes that were quiet loud. Unit was dark and not lighted very well. Site manager was not available the majority of the week. We stopped in the office multiple times daily. We were not able to pick up our passes and subsequently tow signs were placed on our car. I called a number on the door of office and someone did call back right away with instructions to obtain passes. Car pass was issued but no pool passes. Next day a very abrupt woman appeared demanding our pool passes. Not a smooth process. Seems like pool passes and car registration could be in unit or obtained ahead of time. Otherwise we love the spot and unit was nice. Would love to plan another trip soon.
