Two bedroom vacation rental home in the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach. Perfect for for small families. Walk to Downtown. One block to beach. Beautiful new kitchen and bath with walk-in rain shower. Loads of extras. Tons of restaurants / bars / art galleries / shops within a short walk. 75" Roku TV with Cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Fastest-available internet / WIFI (AirBnB verified >200 Mb+) for remote work success and lag-free gaming/streaming. Amazing, private outdoor lounge area in rear of property.

Free parking on premises. About 12 of Cocoa Beach's best restaurants are within walking distance. Lots of local shops, markets and night clubs.

Great little place to stay!

Excellent communication with owners with quick responses to any questions. The location is perfect and easy drives to surrounding larger cities. Very clean home, relaxing back yard, perfect space for two adults.

Location location location!

Excellent property within walking distance to beach, restaurants and coffee! The beautiful deck in the back is perfect for morning coffee or cocktails in the evening. Our second time at this lovely beauty!

Great home! The unit was clean and very comfortable. We were close to downtown and super close to the beach. All of the beach equipment available to use and the outdoor shower were a huge bonus for us. Communication was great. Would absolutely stay here again.
