Beautiful 4 bedroom Single story home located in Bellevue Ranch. Close to UC Merced, Merced College, city park, UC Bus stops, hospital, and north Merced shopping centers. Spacious courtyard leading to a tall, double door entry. Formal dining room, living room with pillars and coffered ceiling, and family room with a fireplace. Nice kitchen with island, and two sinks. Built in desk area, In house laundry with plenty of free parking & garage available to use

This beautiful new home is freshly furnished & ready for any length of stay. the Master suit has a king bed & the other 3 rooms have 1 queen bed each
Beds have mattress toppers for a great nights sleep.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes & utensils to cook / eat, a Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, toaster oven, & spice
rack.

FREE - fast wifi, parking, washer & dryer on-site

Our stay was great! Check in was very easy. A/C took long to cool the home but it was very hot out and the home is very spacious so that made sense. Lots of towels and kitchen items to use.

Overall not bad.Outside and backyard was not to good.Yard work was needed badly.No hand towels All other towels had a wet smell to them.No front porch lights.Everything else was good to go.

Family Friendly

This house worked out perfect for our mini family get together. Plenty of room for sitting, for cooking, and eating + a nice courtyard out front. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

My guests arrived after dark, with no porch light on. The key was not where it was not where the host's had indicated. In fact the picture of the bench where the key was to be wasn't even in the front courtyard. After searching the key was found behind a mailbox.No response from the host when called during the search. The stovetop needs a deep cleaning, as it it is crusted over with oil and grease. Only 1 kitchen towel, no hand towels for the bathroom, only bath towels.Couldn't park in the garage due to extra furniture, a broken washing machine and mattresses. No garage door opener.Xfinity system continued to beep during the stay with no instructions on how to fix it.The carpeting is stained and needs a good cleaning. It was in a good and quiet location, but needs some attention to details and sprucing up to give a better rating.

Recommend a good cleaning

Master bedroom: found a cell phone charger and a metal sprite bottle cap on the bed when we pulled back the covers in the master bedroom. Master bedroom found a sewing pin in the carpet as well which could have caused a serious injury to the children and adults alike. Closets were a mess blankets, sheets and various other linens just thrown in them.Garage was quite a sight as well with junk stove and old couche and other stuff. Second bathroom it appears there is a leak I. The tub as there is black mold !

Disappointed

Within the first five minutes of unloading our items we found an open pack of cigarettes behind a pillow on the couch, (very thankful it was an adult who found them and not one of the children that was with us). The backyard was unusable as the weeds and grass were knee high, there was also a cardboard box filled with trash and beer cans on the backyard porch. The towels and linens appeared very old and worn, the towels had stains and holes in them. In addition, when attempting to do laundry the washing machine smelled moldy and had clumps of black goop in the liner. Overall we were very disappointed in the state and cleanliness of the house compared to the photos that were shown. Luckily the house was near a nice park and we were near family and mostly used the house to sleep in.
