Located in the old-town area of Merced, our home is situated on a large lot off a quieter downtown street. Our home has a large back yard with outdoor patio, small pond and garden, and offers guests a comfortable and quiet home as a base during guests' stay in the area.
Inside our home, the downstairs was has been include an open modern kitchen with cooktop, oven, stainless refrigerator, filtered water, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and food processor for the cook. Dining, front living room back family room, a small library room with piano & desk, a private office, guest bedroom and full bathroom round out the lower floor.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, where you'll find a the master suite with a king bed with full private bath with jacuzzi tub, a bunk room with a double/ twin bunk bed, and a bedroom with a double bed next to the 3rd full bath. The house has a tankless water-heater system for endless supply of hot water, and there are two HVAC heating and air systems - both upstairs and downstairs for climate control.
