Home away from home, you simply will not want to leave. Primary bedroom has a king size sleep number one bed, soft and cozy linens throughout, TVs in bedrooms, living room and family room. Convenient desk set up in kitchen if needed for a bit of work. Indoor laundry too, if needed! Upgraded kitchen appliances, fast internet, backyard with overhang, lighting, comfy furniture, large eating table and wireless speakers. Outdoor gas BBQ ready for your dining pleasure or less than 5 miles from Mastros if you don't feel like cooking! Great shopping and restaurants within 5-8 miles and the Camarillo Premier Outlets less than 15 miles away.

I am an outdoor person, love to golf, hike, walk, etc and appreciate the great weather Thousand Oaks offers! Truly some of the best weather in the US. I like having a home where people can come and feel like it's a home away from home. I have been in real estate for a very long time. I know what people like and I like making people happy!

Location, location, location! It is simply hard to beat. Private and spacious yet close to beaches, shopping and activities. A lot of great golf courses near by. Easy freeway access going in multiple directions. Love this community!

The home is spacious. When you look at other. homes ask about the size! This home is over 2,000 SF. Making it very comfortable for a family or 2-3 couples. Of course also a great girls or guys get away too! Great curbside parking and a large driveway holds two good size cars.
