Beautiful place private gated, long driveway, safe and quiet neiborghood. Entire main house (NOT THE GUEST HOUSE) with 4 bedrooms and 3 fullbaths and private acces to the amazing large POOL. Plenty of room for parking, basketball hoop to shoot around, pool table to enjoy a game. Great family get away from the busy city living. Please Note, this is the main house building only, NOT THE GUEST HOUSE which is distanted away from the main house.

Underwhelmed

Not at all what we expected. Only 2 towels in each bedroom, no wash cloths for a 5 day stay. Also, no toilet paper, paper towels, or dishwasher detergent. There were also ants in all the bathrooms that we weren’t told about. Very disappointed since we were visiting from NC and never been to the area. The beds looked like sheets had not been changed but just beds made up.

Amazing stay

Property was prefect for our family as we gathered for a wedding. Plenty of room. Clean, comfortable and owner is very friendly and responsive to requests.

Spacious Home

The property was beautiful. My friends and I spent New Year's weekend here and it was so relaxing. Tao was communicative the whole time and was very accommodating to our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We are a family of 6 visiting family and friends in southern CA. Our host Tao was very responsive with our questions and accommodating to our needs. The main house and the pool house was very clean/comfortable. We will definitely return to the house especially when the weather is warmer.

Great!

This rental is great for a larger group of adults. If the weather had been warmer, we would have used the pool, but it is the end of November! Very nice and comfortable.

Great Rental Getaway from LA

We had a great experience staying here. Check in was super easy and the pool / size of the house was bigger than we thought. We even enjoyed shooting some hoops. Would definitely recommend to friends / family who are looking to stay in the area

Fun amenities for families

Our family stay with multiple children under the age of 6 was fantastic. The pool was a hit for everyone and the pool table and basketball court provided a great way to stay active when not in a swimsuit. We had superb communication from the property manager throughout our stay. Thank you!

Perfect stay for my whole family!

We can’t say how wonderful the property was for our stay. We had 6 people staying in town for a wedding and it was perfectly spacious for us all. The backyard is gorgeous and the inside had everything we needed. Seriously could not recommend the property more!

Great Family Getaway

Property was large, open and clean. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of vegetation made for a very private ambiance. The pool was fantastic and was the star of the stay. Very responsive host, attentive and friendly. We had such a relaxing trip and would do so again in the future.

Needs a little more warmth

The owner was a great communicator - prompt and polite. It seemed the house wasn’t quite ready to rent- no written instructions for local attractions, restaurants, internet codes, house systems, etc. lounge chairs by the pool (which was clean and heated!) hadn’t arrived yet, and towels were scarce. We had to clean the refrigerator and the microwave before using. This would be a good rental for business travelers or a group of younger people who plan on being out more than in.
