Our stay fell well below expectations due to multiple unresolved issues. Upon arrival, the patio furniture was unclean and there was waste left in one of the toilets, which raised immediate concerns about cleanliness. While the host apologized, no further action was taken.Several key amenities were not functional: the coffee maker did not work, the ice maker appeared broken, and the fire pit had no propane. The primary bathroom sink made a loud shaking noise when using hot water. The TV also did not work despite attempts to troubleshoot with the host.The kitchen was also inadequately stocked for a rental of this size—there were no dish towels, only used sponges, and very limited paper towels. We had to purchase our own coffee maker and basic supplies during the stay.Overall, these issues significantly impacted the experience and value of the property. Based on our experience, it would be difficult for this home to comfortably accommodate the number of guests it is advertised for, and the stay did not align with the standards we typically expect when booking a property at this price point.Given the number of unresolved issues and the additional expenses required to make the stay workable, we were surprised that no meaningful effort was made to address or compensate for these concerns.
