I chose this neighborhood because Suncadia has always been a place close to my heart. Growing up, I spent countless hours here, surrounded by nature and creating memories with family and friends. The peaceful, scenic beauty of the area, combined with the feeling of togetherness, made those moments some of the most cherished of my childhood. It’s a special place that continues to inspire me, and I’m excited to share that experience with others.
