It’s great to know you were able to take advantage of the nearby Pinellas Trail and even do some bass fishing! We also appreciate your helpful feedback regarding the kitchen. We’re sorry it wasn’t as well equipped as expected, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to purchase and leave some essential items behind—that was very thoughtful. We’ll make sure to review and improve the kitchen inventory so future guests have everything they need. We apologize for the inconvenience with the refrigerator’s ice maker and water dispenser, as well as the lack of extra blankets during your stay. These are certainly things we will address right away to ensure a more comfortable experience moving forward. Regarding the unannounced visits by workers, we sincerely apologize. We understand how important privacy is, and we should have communicated any scheduled maintenance in advance. We will make sure this is handled much better in the future.
