Our condo is tastefully decorated with new furniture, new hardwood floors, and vaulted ceilings in the main living area.

The condo offers two bedrooms, two newly renovated bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. Kitchen opens into a large space created by the dining room and the living room.

*Condo is located on the top floor 3rd floor *

The master bedroom is renovated in a beautiful Cape Cod style; it has king size bed, on suite bathroom with ceramic tiles shower, big walking closet, and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom has queen size bed, walking closet and is just the next door from the second bathroom.
In the living room there is a queen bed pullout sofa (with a new mattress) which easily accommodates other 2 persons; this feature makes the condo extremely comfortable for a large family.

The communication and the entertainment are at your fingertips: a 65-inch flat screen HD TV in the living and another 2 55 inch TVs in bedrooms, unlimited 500Mbps WIFI internet (available at the pool as well)

The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Crock Pot, toaster, coffee maker, a Magic Bullet for your morning smoothies, water filter pitcher, washer and dryer, and all the necessary kitchenware for up to 6 people.

In the balcony, apart two comfortable chairs and a coffee table, to enjoy you holiday without the hassle of renting on the beach, you'll find all the necessary items: beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler for your drinks and sand toys for the kids.
The AVALON complex is a quiet gated community and features club house, large heated, resort style swimming pool, barbecue area and gym ( GYM is currently closed due to maintenance). It is only minutes walking distance from Publix supermarket, pharmacy, and liquor store; the Abe’s restaurant is just at the gate.

What makes the condo even most appealing is the location: just 10 minutes' drive to the one of the most beautiful beaches of Florida, Pier 60 Clearwater recently named the #2 Best Beach in Florida in the USA Today 10 Best Readers’ Choice Awards for 2025. Other alternatives to reach the beach could be the taxi (10$ the ride) or the public bus, that stops just in front of the complex. It is also minutes away from both Tampa and Clearwater/St. Petersburg International Airports, which makes it easily accessible from all over the world.

POOL: Please DO NOT BRING GLASS OR BOTTLES TO THE POOL AREA. NO children in fountain, NO saving chairs, NO portable speakers or loud music permitted.
Must be 25 to rent, No Groups, NO smoking, NO pets, NO LOCAL GUEST
The buildings of Avalon complex do not have elevators.
All the guests must fill up a Short-Term Rental Application as requested par the condominiums association.

This was a great place to stay. We came for a conference in Clearwater. This place was close to everything and was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. The host was very quick with responses. Communication was great and the place was even better than shown in pictures!

Girls weekend

My sister and I took our grandmother here for her 88th birthday girls weekend! She cannot stop talking about this condo! How beautiful it was, how it had everything and the balcony was so nice. We loved the pool area and spent most of our time here and we could walk 5 minutes to the grocery store. With everything else within 10 minute Uber rides. It was so clean and had everything you needed. Loved this trip! And the host was very quick to answer any little question I had!

Great Experience

This place was great! The condo was set up perfectly with everything we needed. The condo was very close to a grocery store and only a short drive to the beach. The pool was a nice option when not wanting to travel for a day.

Spontaneous little trip

It was perfect. Very close to strip. Pool was saltwater which was amazing. Apartment had everything you would need. She had lots of beach toys and extras including a backpack cooler. It is 3 flights of steps. I would definitely stay here again. Loved the wood floors. Beds were comfortable. Pool closes at 9pm and not 11pm. Abe’s restaurant next door was not good. But plenty of other choices. We had a fabulous time. Loved the condo. Parking next to condo was available.

Spring training

A lovely property with all the amenities anyone could ever need. Perfectly situated to give us quick access to the TD Ballpark and all the fun shops in Dunedin and also Clearwater beach and beaches in Largo and Dunedin. We really enjoyed walking and biking on the nearby Pinellas Trail. Having a grocery store across the street gave us the flexibility to cook meals - when we weren’t enjoying the great local restaurants. We would love to return - and stay even longer next time!

Wonderful, comfortable and convenient

Loved the condo. Location couldn't be more convenient, grocery store across the street and the beach only 10 mins away and restaurant within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean/Quiet/Safe

This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was clean quiet and safe. My husband who is a police officer was initially hesitant but he has already talked about renting it again. The location was great and convenient. We took several trips to the various beaches and explored the nightlife in Tampa. This was our first time using VRBO or any similar site and we had no regrets. Will definitely be renting this again.

Beautiful location close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay in the condo that was convenient to everything, stores, beach and other attractions. The condo was clean and fully stocked for what we needed. The property manager answered efficiently and timely and was available during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute condo

Our stay was pleasant, Liliana was a great host, and answered any questions that I had. The condo was very clean, and quiet. The outdoor patio, and the complimentary pool toys was a plus, my husband and I enjoyed sitting on the patio to enjoy our morning coffee. We will definitely be back and plan to stay here again for our next vacation

Great condo

The condo was great. It contained everything you could possibly need. Parking always available . Air conditioning was always set to the perfect temperature automatically and we didn’t need to do anything with it. Owner is lovely. A great stay!

Great time

Condo was clean, amenities were provided as listed, loved that all beach items were provided as well. We were able to cook meals without issue and do laundry as well! Beach was just a short drive and pool was wonderful on the property.

Close to Everything

Condo was well laid out and well equipped with all the things you would need for an enjoyable stay. Our only issue was with the AC. Owner has it programmed to go off certain times of the day. When it’s 95* outside, it doesn’t take long for it to heat up inside making it uncomfortably hot. Tried to contact the owner several times by email and left voicemail only to be ignored. I can appreciate trying to conserve energy but ignoring a renters question or issue is not cool.
