Where do I even begin…

My friends and I booked this place for rolling loud. It was perfect on paper and said they could fit all the people we had and didn’t mind loud music. We got there and needed to check in ASAP to get to the event on time. I didn’t receive a code to enter the property until 1.5hrs AFTER check in. We missed our first 2 performances of the day because of that delay. On top of it the neighborhood did not feel the safest. (There were stripper heels, deodorant, and other feminine hygiene items sprinkled on the road in front of the house) The house had lots of space and a big yard but there was SO MUCH dust under the beds and on certain surfaces. The yard was littered with alc bottles and cigarette butts and THERE WAS NO HOTTUB!! We picked it specifically for that extra. I contacted support at the beginning of the stay when I couldn’t even get in the house to let them know my frustrations and I specifically told them I would be requesting at least a partial refund for the late check in and false advertising. They did not inform me that I would need to do that during the stay to receive the refund. After our stay we checked out right on time and left it clean and a couple days later I received a very weird and threatening message to my phone number from the host. I reached out to support who DID NOT CARE about the message and reached out to the host to say I wanted a refund making me feel more unsafe. Wouldn’t even let me speak to a manager about the issues 0/10 for customer service.
