Very friendly hosts. Room was fine. Location is great and it’s nice and quiet. Bed was comfy. The price is right for a quick overnight in Hana. It’s nice that they offer one night stays. Breakfast could use improvement, and a little updating would help, but it worked out well for us.

Very quiet atmosphere to relax in after a long Hana Rd.driving adventure. Just what we were looking for. The bed was so comfortable. The hosts are very nice and their dog and kitties were an amenity we thoroughly enjoyed. Beautiful property! Highly recommended if you are looking for a one-night stay while travelling to Hana.

Arrived at property-nobody around. House and yard looked pretty run down. Lots of stuff everywhere. Sign near door said door to unit was unlocked and key was on table. Went into room…dark and dank with a slight musty smell. Looks as if no improvements performed in many years. You could feel the moisture in the air. No air conditioning. After looking around a few minutes we decided there was no way we were going to spend the night here. Took our stuff and left. While loading car a lady appeared and said she was ‘the caretaker.’ I informed her that the place didn’t meet expectations and then left. My wife and I have stayed at many bed and breakfasts over the years. This place was the shabbiest we have ever been to. Needless to say I would not recommend.

For a night in Hana it's ok. Wouldn't want to stay much longer. Room was clean, but outdated and musty. Anya and Frank are a sweet couple that has a beautiful garden.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. I read the comments and completely agree. From the warm welcome and hospitality from Anya and Frank, to the beautiful setting of their gorgeous property, to the nice room…everything was fantastic. I especially enjoyed being able to hang out with Hoku (friendly dog) and Amos and Andy (twin cats) as we roamed the property. Mahalo for the memorable stay.

We had an extraordinary experience at staying in our hosts’ 45 year old house surrounded by a small tropical garden and remnants of a 4-acre plantation. Chats with the hosts, calm nights without so mainland-common light pollution, friendly pets (a chubby cat and a big wise dog) - all that was unforgettable.
