Welcome to 51 Wood Duck! This beautiful one level home in Sea Pines overlooks the 14th Club Course Fairway. When you're ready to explore, discover the charming shops, delightful restaurants, and the iconic lighthouse of Harbour Town. Additionally, a bike path provides easy access to the beach and nature trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
Living Spaces:
With the impressive fully stocked granite kitchen with breakfast table plus breakfast bar, it is ready for the chef's creations! 51 Wood Duck offers casual elegance with great room living. The eat in kitchen offers granite counter tops and a fun little breakfast bar. With full sized laundry and appliances, you may just want to extend your holiday with us.
Accommodations:
The primary suite offers a king sized bed, big screen television and sliding door to the outside deck. Overlooking fairway views, you will put your head down and wake up to beautiful surroundings. The guest suite offer a queen sized bed, a television and adjacent bath. The third bedroom features a twin bed and television, perfect for a child.
Outdoor:
The large deck spans the entire back of the home and is the perfect spot to relax after a long day at the beach!
