The Space:

Welcome to The Southern Lady, a spacious and upscale short-term rental in the heart of Nashville. Offering 2,000 sq ft of thoughtfully designed living space, this home features 4 bedrooms, each with a king bed and private en-suite bathroom, giving everyone plenty of room to relax in comfort. Enjoy hotel-quality linens and towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs throughout the home.



Guests also have access to a 2-car garage for secure, convenient parking. The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Step out onto the rooftop patio to take in sweeping city views or gather around the gas fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, The Southern Lady offers the perfect home base for your Music City stay.

• Age: All guests must be 18 with the exception of children with their parents.

• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Trash: As you depart, we ask that you please remove the trash and place it in the cans by the garage or in the dumpster.

• Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• Smoking is only allowed on the rooftop patio, as long as guests clean up afterward.

• We can host a maximum of 8 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.

• We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.

• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

• We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance. However, we must uphold our owners' cancellation policies to protect their primary source of income and maintain their properties in business. Great stay

It was very spacious, it meet everyone needs in my family we truly loved the top deck. The Nash Vagas rides where great and they were better than getting a uber or a Lyft. I will book this house again when I come back to visit Nashville.

Great place for adult trip

We had 4 couples and this unit was perfect! It was immaculately clean! We loved having our own full bathrooms. We enjoyed having drinks in the living room/kitchen area as well as on the rooftop patio. The location was just a quick Uber to all the attractions. We would definitely book again!

Fantastic Stay for 1st Visit to Nashville!

Allen, your home was perfect for our party of 4! We all enjoyed the fact that each bedroom had its own king-size bed with a bathroom attached. Everyone raved about how comfortable the mattresses were and how well we all slept. The upstairs pink room's fan did not work without the light being on. For some reason the remote control didn't turn off one so the other could function, they were both on at the same time. It was not a big issue because the A/C worked beautifully. The kitchen area was fully equipped with what we would have needed to cook/eat. Everything was up to date and perfectly organized. We could not close the curtain in the living room, to get a little extra privacy at night, but it was no big deal. We did not sit in there long and mainly used the rooftop patio. The outdoor patio space was the perfect setting for us to sit out at night and chat. The set-up was super cute and the way the sun set in the evening it did not beam down on us. Perfect way to wind down the day. We also met some neighbors across the way. The location seems to be in a transitional neighborhood. We all (4 females) felt safe and comfortable being in the home. The home was in great proximity to downtown, less than a 10-minute drive. Onsite parking, the garage, held 2 SUVs comfortably with room for us to move around. If I returned to Nashville with a party of 4+, I would stay here again. My friends all raved about what a "great find" this home was for us! Thank you!
