"New Prestigious Townhome, 1 of 4" Close to the Gulch, Mid-town and Downtown Nashville. This 3 LEVEL ROOFTOP townhome is spacious and has plenty of room for large groups. The home features 4 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and a 3rd floor entertainment room. The ROOFTOP has a hot tub perfect to relax and/or mingle as you view the city lights of Downtown Nashville. The enclosed outdoor common area has an available firepit and two gas grills.
4 Side by Side Luxury Styled Townhomes in their on secluded community. Private garages for off street parking. Two fully equipped, kitchens (one on the 2nd and one on the 3rd floor). Washer and Dryer available on the 1st and 3rd level of the townhome. 2nd Floor Kitchen/Living Room has 70" HDTV, Master 60" HDTV, 1st floor bedroom 65" HDTV and 3rd floor Entertainment Room 65" HDTV.
Guest have the ability to use the enclosed common areas of the property, which includes a fire-pit and two gas grills.
We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests.
Guest are emailed an access code to use during the duration of their stay. The access code will be emailed within 24 hours of scheduled visit.
Our home comes with 2 parking spots in the garage for parking along w/ ample property parking. Lyft and Uber are both available in Nashville and are a reasonable options to get to wherever you'd like to go. They start at around $6 to get downtown depending on size of car and requested times

Arrival instructions were clear and easy to understand. Even though the neighborhood is up and coming, we always felt safe and comfortable. The beds (especially pillows) were very comfortable! Two kitchens was a nice perk, even though we didn’t use 2nd one on our short stay. The layout was great for an adults couples trip. Only downfall, not enough seating in the main living room for the number of guests that it sleeps.

Great place, great communications

This house was awesome and absolutely perfect for our group of 4 couples. Ubers were super easy to get for the really short ride to Broadway. WiFi worked great. Highly recommend and would stay here again for sure.

Family trip

Nice property, very clean, convenient, immediate response with a question to the property management. Would stay there again. I would just suggest some blackout shades or drapes in the bedrooms and we all experienced the bathtubs being a little slippery when we showered.

Nashville wedding weekend

Would recommend this property if you’re looking for a visit to Nashville and want to be a little bit out of the hustle/bustle of the immediate downtown area. Very much driveable to downtown and the Broadway nightlife district though! The place is clean and very nicely decorated. Plenty of bedrooms and individual bathrooms with tubs/showers for everyone, which was a plus. Lots of steps to navigate, this is a 4-level property (4th level is the rooftop with seating area and hot tub). This was a nice, fun family trip and the property made it very nice for all of us to stay together.

Aside from the million stairs lol we had an amazing time & the house was perfect size for all of us . There was 10 of us and everyone slept comfortably
