Step through the front door into an expansive living room, where comfort meets functionality. A generously sized sleeper sofa can host two additional guests, complemented by a dedicated workspace and a 70" Smart 4K HD TV. Perfect for both relaxation and productivity, this space sets the tone for a truly enjoyable stay.

Continuing through the living room, you'll discover an open concept dining area featuring a cozy table and comfortable benches, fostering a sense of togetherness during meals. The well-equipped kitchen boasts oversized appliances, ample cupboard space, and an additional pantry, ensuring that preparing, serving, and savoring meals is a breeze.

To the right of the living room, your exploration will discover two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The queen-size room exudes fresh coastal vibes, anchored by a sturdy wooden bed frame and complemented by a 40" flatscreen HD TV. Adjacent to this room, a full-size bathroom with a white shaker vanity, and a well-stocked linen closet cater to your every need.

This was a very cute little house, that was very close to everything. The only downside was that the backyard held water and didn't drain well, so we were unable to actually go out in the yard. Other than that, it was exactly as described. Would stay again, if we are need a place again.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a brief one night stay in this thoughtfully decorated unit. We were advised before our stay that this is a shared property (parking and backyard area) but weren't aware of this when booking. We did have the entire property to ourselves during our stay which was nice and preferred. There are several stairs to access the unit which is noted in the description. Our host Logan could not have been more accommodating and willing to ensure we had a pleasant stay and did not lack for anything!! We definitely had a pleasant stay and truly appreciate all of the great communication with Logan and his efforts to provide a wonderful experience! Thanks Logan!

A native Michigander, I grew up an hour north of Detroit. There, I attended Croswell-Lexington High School. It was quite the rural education. Yes, I encountered traffic jams involving cows crossing the road instead of heavy traffic. Here, I held a passion for studying pretty much everything. Eventually, this dedication lead to me graduating at the top of my class. When I wasn't scrunching for my next exam, you would probably find me at the bowling alley preparing for another tournament. If I wasn't there, you could find me behind an easel in art class. I like painting way too much, and my clothes show it (I swear I don't know where all of these paint stains come from!)
To continue my passion for the creative arts, I travelled to Georgia to study at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). I ended up falling in love with the area, and just couldn't move back home! So, I decided to make down south living my permanent residence.
I'm a believer that if you're a creative individual, you will always find a way to release your expressiveness. Well, I release my love for art through furnishing and designing short term rentals. Whether it's painting cabinets, revamping furniture, or deciding upon a layout for the living room, I get jazzed up by this industry. I love providing hospitality, meeting new people, and transforming spaces into works of art. With this being said, I will do everything in my power to make your stays as pleasurable as possible. I hope that you are as excited to be my guest as I am to be your host!

This neighborhood is special in that it is literally sandwiched between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. If you live on Tybee Island, it is around a half hour drive to commute to downtown Savannah. Likewise, it is about 30 minutes to travel from downtown to Tybee Island. Both of these hotspots are debatably the two largest main attractions of coastal Georgia and the area itself. Why not be as close as you possibly can be to both of the areas? This home will allow you to do just that, since it is directly between both. You literally get the best of both worlds here. It is also smack dab next to the Whitemarsh Island preserve, which is a beautiful park which spans for miles with sweeping and soothing nature scenes. It's a safe and enjoyable area to be, and I personally couldn't choose a better place in the area to have a seclusion for guests to enjoy for a restful recharge.

I personally painted all the walls and quite a few pieces of furniture contained in the home. With a personal touch of coastal charm and beachy vibes in mind, I put my creative mind toward providing the most welcoming yet fun environment for a quick getaway, or for an extended stay. Either way, it is sure to deliver a tropicalesque vibe not only inside but in its surroundings as well.
