To be enjoyed entirely by only you and your family and friends. The back patio provides a relaxing space for you to enjoy good food and libations. Or relax on the front patio with a cup of joe or a glass of wine. The kitchen has all recently updated appliances. There is a Nespresso machine and a coffee maker for those that need more than just an espresso. The cozy living room has a 55” television, equipped with cable tv and access to Netflix. There is also a washer and dryer for your use. The house has forced air heat for the winter and AC for the summer.

The covered parking allows for two cars, and another two cars may fit behind them. Plenty of street parking.

The house was previously owned by Napa Valley wine pioneer Joseph Phelps.

This is right downtown Saint Helena, a 1-2 min walk to Main Street, unlike other homes that are still a 15-20 mins walk to Main Street.

This is for a minimum 30 day rental term per city guidelines. But, feel free to actually stay for a shorter time than the full term, as we try to price it so that a 30 day stay is competitive to a week or two long stay in similar areas.

This is the perfect place to retreat in wine country where you have access to all of the small family owned, cult, and world renowned wineries around you. There are numerous hiking trails and parks around that you can explore, along with playgrounds for the little ones to run around. It is an ideal place that is easily walkable / bikeable to amenities to stay at in the tranquil town of Saint Helena.
