Fabulously designed apartment which covers 1 floor of an exquisite 4000 square foot walk-up. The 5 bedroom/ 3 bathroom space is capable of comfortably hosting 15; games like darts, foosball and cornhole are provided as is a cool stage with projector to put on a family play, or give a presentation to coworkers. One block to the Elevated Train to see historic Philadelphia, and cool Fishtown bars like Evil Genius. Free street parking in most locations. It's a wonderful property for a family getaway.

Unique stay

Very cool place to stay but awful parking. Huge space with cool decor but could use a thorough deep cleaning. Also had a couple rooms with sheets and towels that were not clean. No insulation between floors so you hear everything going on upstairs.

Family Gathering

A poor night’s sleep due to loud party upstairs at 2am - sounded like they were in the room with us. Very clean unit, one steep flight of narrow stairs above street level, has large common activity area, adequate bedrooms, tiny toilets. We found on-street parking within a block; A garage is 1/2 mile away.

A Gem

Fantastic layout for group stays. It was the perfect accommodation. Plenty of games to entertain groups and very spacious. Host was great with communication and accommodations. Safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Really beautiful place. The best place we have stayed with VRBO so far. Open concept and host was very responsive. if there is a negative the steps are steeper to the unit.

Great place to stay

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this place. Very spacious and the stage is a hit. A lot of bedrooms and bathrooms were a plus. Kitchen was full of appliances and extra house supplies if needed were provided. We were able to have a wonderful weekend without any interruptions. The only issue we had was that it was extremely cold. Although the property manager tried to assist us and send someone over to help it remained cold throughout our stay.

Funky space. Tons of room. Dog friendly.

Wildly spacious loft made for a great weekend, getaway with kids and dogs. Neighborhood was a little gritty but cool, with great restaurants. Wish the floors/bathrooms were 20% cleaner, but overall would recommend this place.

Family Weekend

While this property has an abundance of potential and a great space for family and/or friend gathering, it lacked in usability. First, the oven was broke where the digital screen was inoperable. The ice maker did not work. The drawers in the refrigerator were broke. Burn marks in the throw rugs. Storage/laundry room was unorganized and filthy. Dryers lint trap not clean. Bathrooms not clean. Wood floors were dirty. There was only 1 television available in a 5 bedroom loft. Remotes were missing backs. Outlets didn’t work. Even with these issues the space created the best environment for the weekend event.
