The place was spacious and inviting. We were worried about parking on the street when we arrived but it was never a problem.The bedrooms were good size and had fans in them because it was warm on the second floor even with the air conditioning on. The kitchen did not have enough supplies. Utensils were missing and no hand towels.Their was 5 of us and only 4 coffee cups for a 8-10 person stay. We did make do but overall the safety, quietness and cleanliness was what was important. We enjoyed our stay

You drive through the city and then walk through the doors of this home forgetting that is where you are. The house is well loved and cared for and the space was clean. There is plenty of sleeping space for a larger group and 2.5 bathrooms. It was a great space for our group of 9 and had plenty of dishes and towels to accommodate. The hosts are ready and willing to answer any questions.Parking is street parking as would be expected in the city.

Dirty/stained couches, patio and furniture was dirty. Air conditioning didn't work at all in hot June. Neighbors were great. Street parking good.

My stay was very pleasant and quiet. My family and I were up for my daughter’s graduation from Temple! We wonderful time! Everything went very well from start to finish with this booking. My only issue is that I wish the upstairs bedrooms had ceiling fans. Otherwise it was a perfect stay in South Philadelphia.

Great stay for the Christmas Holiday with my family. Beautiful home very spacious and cozy. The TV room with oversized games was our favorite part.

Upkeep on the property is poor with deep scratches on the floors, non working, or damaged appliances, air conditioning that was not adjustable and furniture that was dirty and spotted. The home can sleep 7 at most from our experience without piling people on top of each other. The neighborhood is also loud all hours of the night. The host was very responsive and kind, but the photos gave us a much higher expectation of the property than we experienced.

The property is great and the pictures don’t hide anything like a lot of other properties do. Clean, comfortable, in the middle of everything. Initially we were worried the neighborhood might not be the greatest cause some places are run down around this, But, all the neighbors were friendly and I think the neighborhood is slowly being fixed up. Would recommend this property!

This is located in a row house area. Some row house communities look very nice. Not this one. It is on a street that is run down. The first thing you see when entering the house is a very old, dirty area rug with one couch which was also very old and dirty. There is no TV or any other seating in the main area upstairs. You have to go down to the basement to watch TV on furniture which is also old and uncomfortable. We had issues with getting the TV to work. The dining room table is small even though there is room for a bigger table. The kitchen was OK but the nonstick coating on all of the pots and pans were all scratched up. One skillet had food stuck on it like it had been put away without being washed. The bedrooms were all fine except for one bed that is a very uncomfortable futon. The bathrooms were fine. Parking was ok but we did have to park about a block away one day which was a problem given we had one adult that cannot walk very far. I know things are a lot more expensive out east, but, we were expecting better than this given the price.
