Finished BASEMENT with a bedroom and Laundry Room and Storage Space; FIRST FLOOR with Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen, Family Room, Small Dining Area and walk to private patio; SECOND FLOOR with Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen, Dining Area and walk to Private Deck with views overlooking Philly skyline; THIRD FLOOR with two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room.

The whole town house and all of the four floors will be private and only for your group

We provide a full service. Our team of two house-keepers will be checking you in and will be available via phone to assist you with everything.
