Lower level of home has a second living room(8 person sectional, 75 inch smart tv) 4th bedroom with a queen bed, oversized laundry room, access to 2 car garage with workshop area.
Home is surrounded by matured landscaping making the home very private feel and seclusion all while still being minutes from downtown bellevue.
Home has everything needed for a family to get settled in.
