Enjoy Seattle while staying in our private guest suite! We are the main residents of the property, and are excited to host you in our newly furnished guest space while you explore the city!

Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has all you need to recharge and relax.

Your space is a Private 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom suite complete with a Living Area with a sleeper sofa (full-size that can sleep 1-2 smaller people), convenient kitchenette (includes a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker & dishes/silverware!), desk, & much more!

Adorable spot in a great location for our visit. Boat went out of their way to help us get checked in, and even gave us a few lovely recommendations of places to see while we were in town.

The place was nice and clean, it’s a bit small but it worked excellent for our visit and it was in a convenient location to get around Seattle. Our host was great, very welcoming and was relatively easy to communicate with. The recommendations of the host of things to go to like restaurants and coffee shops were very helpful!

The space was clean and decorated in a fun, quirky way - a good fit with Seattle. Check in and out were easy. I do wish we'd known that the second bed space was part of the same room as small kitchenette, only bathroom entrance and entry. While the kitchenette was tiny, we appreciated the full-size fridge and freezer space!

Very clean apartment. Perfect for the couple or 3 people who are only need a spot to sleep as there isn’t a kitchen but there’s a large fridge.

Thank you for the review, I really appreciate it. In my description of my place I do explain that we have a kitchenette, not a kitchen, also shown in the pictures. It does have a fridge/ freezer, large toaster oven, microwave, air fryer, 2 hot plates, pots and pans, coffee maker, kettle and the kitchenette is fully stocked.

Would recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting Seattle. We had a great stay! The space was clean, organized, and had everything we needed. Also close to local transportation stops. The host, Claire was great!

Claire’s home was just as it was described. She had very clear instructions written down for everything. The kitchen spices, condiments & pre-made ice in the freezer were a bonus! Most homes don’t have them and you have to buy your own at the store. We enjoyed our stay and will return if the need arises.

We loved our stay here! There is so much to see and do in the Seattle area, and this was a great spot to stay. Close to downtown, lots of great restaurants nearby, and in a safe and friendly area. The space was clean and organized. We would definitely stay again if we are fortunate enough to come back to Seattle in the future. Thank you!

Our group of 5 rented what we thought was a 3 bedroom. The home was clean. There is no full kitchen. There is no bedrooms. Only has a portable A/C. For two couples and 1 single guy we had no privacy. The host are very accommodating. However I felt a little mislead. If you are a solo traveler this is perfect for you.

We had Clean bedding and Towles plus a ton of extras! My only suggestion is to make sure to run the AC and open the curtains when not sleeping to cool down the whole suite. It worked really well! We just opened all the curtains between rooms, set it to the temperature we wanted and it was awesome and restful night.

This was an amazing place to stay. It is a little small and the hosts found innovative ways to maximize all the space. I made breakfast for my son everyday, and we loved unwinding at night in the living room between the two bedrooms. It was so comfortable - we would definitely stay there again.

The space was clean and thoughtfully designed. Surround with beautiful artwork and colorful design. The kitchen area was well stocked with everything we may need. The neighborhood was quite and safe.We plan on returning for future visits.

Our stay of 8 days was great. Easy check in process & the location was great! It was close by to a lot of attractions & food spots. It was the perfect size for our family of four (2 adults & 2 kids) it didn’t feel too cramped. The place was clean & neat and provided everything you could think of or would need for a stay. Parking was right at the end of the drive way on the street. The house is located at a dead end so plenty of street parking available. Our family enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!
