Nice, clean updated one bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Convenient location within Palmas Del Mar. It had everything we needed. They even provided complimentary bottled water. Initially hard to find if you miss the signage at the front upon entering the gate. We did not use the pool. Only minor complaint is the couch could be updated and had a cover that could use a wash.

Lovely, clean, modern, and comfortable

The condo itself is lovely. Beautifully furnished. Comfy bed. Well-equipped kitchen. The pool area was disappointing. Old, beat up furniture which desperately needed cleaning…as did the pool itself. We didn’t mind that we were a 15- minute walk to the beach because we’re pool people. I know the owners can't control the common areas but the pool was really not enjoyable. We had plenty of other things to do but really wanted to enjoy relaxing pool time but that didn’t happen.

Overall, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the pool and the beautiful Palmas del Mar area. The check-in instructions and directions were detailed, but we still had a difficult time finding the villa. It would have been nice if the host had checked in with us, even just by text at the beginning of our stay, to make sure everything was going well.The parking was farther from the villa than we expected, which made carrying luggage a bit inconvenient. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and we noticed a stain on the bedroom sheets upon arrival. During our stay, the internet stopped working. Although it was eventually fixed after I reported it, I never received a response to my message, so better communication would have been appreciated.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but with a little more attention to cleanliness, communication, and guest follow-up, the experience would have been even better.
