Living Area includes a TV, DVD Player and deck access. Living area and dinning area are connected. Fully equipped kitchen with bar seating 7. Bedroom #1 has 2 Twins and shared bath. Bedroom #2 has a King bed with shared bath. Bedroom #3 is the master bedroom with King bed, TV, Private Bath and screened porch access.

Amenities include: Deck furniture, a Charcoal Grill, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower,a Microwave, a Dishwasher, toaster oven, blended, High Speed Internet, 2 Flat Screen TVs, a DVD Player, a premium cable channels, and a Washer/Dryer.

No Smoking. DOGS ALLOWED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Rentals Only; Monthly Rentals Not Included); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Linens and towels are provided with beds made (weekly stays only).

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, off-season only.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
