New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

This is an updated second-floor condo overlooking the beautiful Crystal Coast oceanfront! With two bedrooms and two baths, this lovely condo offers a queen bed in the primary suite, as well as a flatscreen TV, a ceiling fan, a screened-in balcony, and a private bath with a shower stall. Your guest bedroom offers two twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a flatscreen TV. The spacious living room offers lots of seating and a large flatscreen TV, a DVD player, a ceiling fan, and balcony access. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a private washer and dryer, and free WiFi.

Perfect Views

We enjoyed our stay here. The only reason I did not give it five stars is that there was a musty odor in the unit. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. We loved the screened in porch and the views were fantastic. We will certainly stay here again!

The view is the best thing about this property as well as its location within the coveted Beacon’s Reach resort area. All outside amenities are excellent and very desirable, close access to the beach. For these reasons, I would return. However, the property itself is rather rundown with an unattractive, uncomfortable master suite and cramped living area. Stay out on the porch and you’ll love it! Amazing views!

Peace and quiet

That was just what I needed. After a very hectic week, I just needed to not see people. This place was perfect! The building and tenants were so quiet. We had the beach to ourselves for the most part. I will definitely stay here again.

60th anniversary at the beach

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was very good, even tho’ it is old. The only negative comment would be the need for a new mattress in the master bedroom. We hope to rent this unit again.

Grateful for the elevator to the second level after a previous stay elsewhere that there wasn’t one. Loved the close-up ocean view from the balconies off of the bedroom and living room. Kitchen was perfect size and well-equipped. Clean and all appliances worked well. Nice, large tiled shower in the master bath.

By the Sea is Where We Should Be

It was clean and the facility was mostly modern. The air conditioning/ventilation system is superb. The balcony view was breathtaking and a nice breeze welcomes everyone. I would recommend renovating the elevator, bathtubs/showers, and beds.

Nice place

The condo was nice, views were very nice. Queen bed was uncomfortable and the non stick pans were extremely scratched up. Besides that all was good.

Just one (big) thing wrong

Love this Condo. Perfect location. Amazing view. The only thing wrong is the bed in the master. By the end of the week we both had backaches.
