Newly renovated home next to the Incline District. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is beautifully decorated and has all the modern amenities you need for a great stay. Less than a mile from amazing restaurants with breathtaking views of the city, coffee shops, bars, and more. We are also conveniently located just a few minutes away from downtown. We had a great visit. Home was as described, perfect for our family of 5. Easy access to downtown and the airport. Nicely appointed, we had everything we needed. Great host, easy check in, good communication. We really enjoyed our stay.

Met our needs - close to airport, downtown Cincinnati and Paycor stadium. Had one question during our stay and the host responded within 5 minutes. We did not bother with a rental car and Lyft rides were easy to get and arrived in a timely manner. I would recommend this place if you want to save money by not staying in downtown Cindy.

Great place

It was a great place and served our needs! When we were driving to it, we were wondering about the location, but it was a decent area! If we come back to this area, we will certainly look into staying here again!!

Our stay was nice and the property owner was easy to communicate with. There is no bathroom on the first floor so know that if going up and down the stairs is not easy.

The house is gorgeous! Very comfortable! Perfect location for our visits to Newport Aquarium, The Ark, Cincinnati Zoo. Loved exploring Cincy!

Family Vacation

Great house, very clean, the only suggestions would be more toilet paper per bathroom would have been nice and a few more items for the kitchen, like maybe a tea picture and a measuring cup. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Great Place to Stay

Came here with family to see a Reds game and go to the zoo. The location was perfect, only 10 mins from the park and 15 mins from the zoo. The property was clean and had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Updated Corner House

My family and I needed a place for one night while in town and this was perfect. Corner lot with plenty of parking. Neighbors were a little noisy, but overall it was just what we needed for a short stay.

Spent 2 nights to go to concerts at Riverbend. The location was perfect for our needs as it was within a few miles from Riverbend. Easy access. This house has been remodeled extensively and provided everything we needed for our stay. We’ve stayed in several VRBO’s but this was without a doubt the cleanest we’ve ever seen - white walls and wood work absolutely sparkling. We had the opportunity to speak the cleaners as our paths crossed as we were leaving and shared with them how much we appreciated how spotless everything was. Few suggestions for improvement include no bathroom on the first floor where you spend the most time. The refrigerator has no ice maker or ice trays. We will certainly stay here again if the need arises.

Good Stay

Very very clean and nicely updated. Really appreciated the washer/dryer. The only negative is because the house is so old and because it’s on a corner, you can hear all “traffic” from outside. I would stay here again though!

Nice play for a quick weekend getaway

This is nice, clean place. The floor plan, decor, and dedicated parking spot are great, but the furniture (couch and singular chair in the living room mattresses in the bedrooms) were uncomfortable, even just for a couple of days. That said, the location is good and it's a short-term rental, so no big deal.

Perfect for mini vaca

This house was easy to get to from downtown Cincinnati. Took us 10 minutes to get to Great American Ball Park. The host nicely supplied lots of trash bags, coffee k-cups, dishwasher pods, etc. We haven’t had that with any other house we stayed at. The host quickly responded when we had a question about early check in. The house was kid friendly as we had a 2 year old and a 5 month old with us.
