This place was fantastic!!! We loved the three bedrooms upstairs with king beds and the three bathrooms made it so easy to share this house with three families. The close proximity to the field was so helpful especially since we had so many rain delays for our week. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The property was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Perfect rental for baseball families!! House was very clean and well stocked. Beds were super comfortable. Hosts were available and helpful. Our big family had more than enough room to spread out and chill between games. But above everything, the best feature is the proximity to CASV!! Just a 3 min drive to the fields. Very close and convenient, and close to downtown and the local shopping center.

This is the most perfect home possible for our Cooperstown trip. So close to the park you could walk if need be. The house was impeccable. It was spacious. We had three families with enough room for everyone in the common area downstairs for the kids was spectacular.It could not have been more perfect. We have families that are coming next year and have all asked for the information.Thank you for everything!!

This is a great property, especially for baseball families playing at ASV. It is SO CLOSE and convenient to the fields. The beds are super comfortable and the host was amazing.

Hunter’s place was perfect! He thought of everything and it made our stay so easy. From the bathroom amenities to the amazingly comfortable beds it was top notch. Hunter had the perfect options for kitchenware and even had coffee for us that lasted our entire stay. Parking was ample as we had multiple cars and the Adirondack chairs were a great touch. Our boys played wiffle ball in the front yard on their down time from ASV. Perfect spot for a week of baseball!
