Please note the apartment is located on top of a commercial plaza on a main street, the street parking is available also on the main street. There may be noise from the cars as is expected from an apartment on a main street. Buffalo lower West is a up and coming neighbourhood, although it is very safe, please note that there are more people walking around due to the apartment being on a main street.

Sofa bed: No extra linens are provided for the sofa bed.

Consumables: Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables (e.g., toiletries, food, beverages) after the initial supply provided.

ID Requirement: As per our policy, we kindly request the IDs of all individuals who are booking the accommodation.
