Creekfront Luxury Nestled in Oak Creek Cyn, Sedona .Pet Friendly.

Nearly 400 feet of the creek runs through our property. Our lovely home is warm and inviting, encouraging relaxation and and a sense of serenity. It is perched over (literally) the flowing creek and nestled under the towering cottonwoods, sycamores and pines. Dramatic red rock canyon walls surround us. Lot's of privacy and walking distance to the gourmet Indian Gardens Cafe.

There are three bedroom suites and each has its own private spacious deck and full bath. The living room is centered with an inviting wood stove. A pool table and flat screen TV are in the game room. WIFI accessible, as well as Dish TV. There are cathedral beamed ceilings, hard wood floors and a new open kitchen with top of the line appliances and granite counter tops.

The home was designed to bring the outdoors in with large windows and skylights and 5 decks/patios. A spa awaits you in our screened gazebo overlooking the convergence of Munds and Oak Creeks.
You may never want to leave the comfy hammock on the deck but there's lots to do and see in the area.

The historic and intimate Indian Gardens neighborhood is gated, private and quiet.

Everything was great. The host, the property, the location and all of the amenities were excellent, better than excellent. Everything was provided including anything you might think of for our pups. This was an amazing stay and a real blessing for our family to spend the holidays together at this beautiful home.

Staying at The Creek House was our best house rental experience ever. The property was beautiful! The location and natural setting were very peaceful. Everything was exactly as represented. Betsy, the hostess, has thought of everything. As examples, there are backpacks and coolers available for taking on a hike - a great help to visitors who fly in from out of town. Sheila, the property manager, was prompt and responsive with an answer to any questions. I highly recommend this home. Our 10 days here were great.

Incredible oak creek canyon vacation house

This house was just what our family needed for a relaxing spring break trip. It was peaceful, beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need and we were close to everything Sedona offered. Oak Creek flows directly by the house and our kids (and us!) could easily go down to walk on the rocks. We loved taking the short walk to the Indian garden cafe, the Native American jewelry shop and the trail heads. The best part for me was waking up every morning to the unbeatable view of the red canyon walls and sound of the creek flowing by. This trip to Sedona was a top vacation of all time for me and this house definitely helped with that!

The Creekhouse is wonderful. We were a party of five and this place had everything we needed. The creek was running fairly heavy from recent snowfall melting. The sound of the water will lull you to sleep. Beautiful scenery everywhere you look. If you stay here you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful and peaceful!

The home is as described, pictures are accurate, it’s more than I could have imagined…the sound of moving water outside was unbelievable! The home is very clean, well organized and has lots of books, maps and other local information that was helpful. Check in was a breeze, property manager was lovely. I definitely would love to stay again.

This is my dream home!

This home is my dream home! Sitting on this porch that is directly over the creek was amazing! All amenities were provided and no detail to make our vacation special was missed. They even provided quality toilet paper!

Beautiful home and scenery

We loved our stay at Creekside. The house was very clean and the perfect space for our family. Everyone had a place to retreat to but the shared spaces allowed for us to spend quality time together whether we were eating, playing pool, watching tv or enjoying the hot tub. Sitting outside or cracking the windows to enjoy the sounds of the creek was a treat. And being across the street from Indian Gardens coffee shop was a great addition. We were able to avoid the busy traffic of Sedona during spring break which was key. We will definitely stay at Creekside again.

Beautiful creekside getaway minutes from everything Sedona

Beautiful house along the creek. We loved every minute of our stay. The little fireplace was my husband's favorite place to nestle every night. The pool table and hot tub provided nightly entertainment for all of us. The house is located about 10 min away from all the hustle and bustle of Sedona. The cafe across the street was one of our favorite places to eat. The breakfast burritos are delicious! Our pug devoured their pup biscuits. Betsy provided lots of extra amenities, too. The pantry had more than just staples, the bathrooms all had toiletries (including shampoo/conditioner). Theres a fun abandoned apple shed in the neighborhood, that my husbamd learned the history of from a neighbor. I saw deer every morning on our walks (6 the first morning). My two favorite hikes in Sedona were the West Fork Trail (with 14 creek crossings) and the entire loop around the Chapel of the Holy Cross (starting at Mystic trailhead on Chapel Rd). Honestly, there is something magical about that area. All things considered, this was one of our favorite vacations, and this creekside house was one of our favorite rentals. If you want a place that is quiet, secluded, and relaxing, but also close to activities and hiking, this is the spot!! Thank you, Betsy. We'll definitely be back soon.

Peaceful & Quiet close to Sedona

Very quiet area just outside Sedona city. Nice to be 10 minutes away from all the crowds, and still enjoy the city. Owner was very nice and communication was very easy. House has almost everything you would need/want. Most of our nights were spent around the wood stove. The sitting area for movie/tv watching is not set up for more than 2 people to be comfortable while enjoying the show. Kitchen had almost everything I needed to prep Thanksgiving dinner. Sharper knives, and a few more cooking utensils and pots/pans would have been great. But, I figured it out. Check in and out was smooth. Overall, house was clean, supplied well, and comfortable. Maybe small body wash/soap and hair care products for showers would be helpful. Master bedroom bed has a quite firm mattress. I guess I’m used to my pillow top. House is set up well for a small group. And being next to the creek was really nice. The Red Rock park pass was an extra bonus for us, as we like to hike. We enjoyed our stay.

Recharge with Nature

We had an amazing visit to Sedona when we stayed at The Creekhouse. It was a phenomenal location!! It is just a few minutes out of town, nestled amongst beautiful trees and along Oak Creek. The house is inviting and warm, with a well appointed kitchen and access to all you would want to do. We are already planning our next visit and can't wait!

Quality Property Right on Oak Creek

Cliff House is a lovely home in a lyrical location. In an age where hastily constructed vacation rentals adorned with cheap furnishings and hung cheesy art are common, this property is a real house, originally custom built by its owners as a retirement property. The arrangement of rooms and their respective views is the work of a lot of architectural planning. The combination of materials, colors and textures lends itself to an almost spa-like retreat. There is a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, a terrific master BR and the other rooms all have special charms. The broad deck overlooking the creek is literally right over the creek and provided endless enjoyment. The location was terrific and the nearby property manager was kind and very responsive. In addition, the home was clean and organized with many thoughtful touches that we appreciated. Highly recommended.

Cozy and comfortable

Our family enjoyed a relaxing unplug at this cozy creek side house. We read books by the fire, shot pool, and hung out in the hot tub. Beds are comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Most places we rent have one thing we don’t like but this place was excellent and we had no complaints. Hope to return in warmer weather and take a dip in the creek. Great place to relax and explore Sedona!

Peaceful retreat

What a lovely home and lovely surroundings! We enjoyed our stay at Betsy's cozy house and would love to return. The house is immaculate and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool table, the hot tub, the reading nook and the beautiful patio overlooking the creek. It was so pleasant to lay in the hammock and listen to the creek! The location is removed enough to feel like you've escaped the crowds into nature, but all activities are just a short drive away. We would highly recommend a stay at Betsy's house!

Our children were raised here on weekends and summers playing in the creek, fishing and hiking in the surrounding mountains. A freedom hard to find these days.

I love international travel, hiking with my doodles, gardening, yoga and photography. AND most especially relaxing on the hammock at our creek house gazing into the the tall trees and catching sight of so many variety of birds. It's a birder's heaven.

I'm a small town girl from the laurel highlands of Western Pennsylvania and crave my time in nature under the trees along the creek.

This must be the MOST beautiful and private location in Oak Creek Canyon at the confluence of 2 year-round flowing, beautiful creeks. We were so lucky to find it 31 years ago.

Your jaw will drop like ours did when you walk out on the big deck which runs the length of the home and see the view of the creek, the towering red canyon walls and thick canopy of expansive cottonwoods, pines and stately sycamores. A true oasis.

The quiet solitude is exceptional. The road is gated and we live on a cul-de-sac so no traffic noise. Just sitting on the deck or laying on the hammock brings one a great sense of peace and well being. We feel very privilege and thankful to be a part of this lovely spot.

A real perk is the historic and delightful Indian Gardens Cafe which is just across the bridge. No need to drive into town. We stroll down our lane with our pups for fresh coffee and gourmet breakfasts and lunches. Their shaded back patio and garden is charming.

- Master bedroom is surrounded on 3 sides with windows and 3 skylights. (In the morning, you can watch the sunrise strike the cliffs and gradually erase the shadows. Then if you turn on your side and look out the side window you will see the creek itself. I actually tested that out when we did the renovation so the windows would be placed just so.)

- Living room is centered with an inviting wood stove backed by a stone hearth and mantel.
