Nestled in a friendly neighborhood w/ welcoming neighbors & pet-loving families, you’ll feel right at home. Take a peaceful stroll along the nearby Pinellas Trail, perfect for walking or biking any time of day. Whether you’re soaking up the sun by the pool or exploring the gulf, this getaway offers a nice blend of comfort & convenience!

⚠️ POOL SAFETY NOTICE
This property has a swimming pool. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Use of the pool is at guests’ own risk. By booking, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for supervising all occupants and guests.

Of things to note:
- Pool is not heated but it gets great direction to the sun. There is not have a hot tub on the property.
- The property is regularly monitored and treated by a professional pest control company to minimize insect intrusion. While efforts are made to prevent bugs, occasional instances may occur; no guarantees or refunds are offered for this.
- Pool is serviced on Tuesdays. Access must be granted.
- Lawn is mowed on Fridays.
- Second bathroom is in the garage. It is a good little extra bathroom w/ shower.

Florida's unpredictable weather is acknowledged; it is recommended to purchase travel insurance and/or use a credit card with such for added peace of mind.

We allow a max night stay of 28 nights. Any additional nights, please inquire.

This is a wonderful property. We loved the backyard. Beautiful pool, patio and some lawn for the pooch. The house is very nice. The kitchen seems brand new. Looks out on the backyard. The inside of the house is a little dated, but very clean and very well cared for. Nicely furnished. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is completely outfitted with all the dishes, equipment and utensils you need. There’s even a drawer full of spices. The garage has beach chairs and beach and pool toys. There were both bath and pool towels provided. The pool guy comes every week and leaves it sparkling. Because we were there for four weeks we even met some of the nice neighbors. It’s only about a block from the Pinellas Trail, a 50 mile long bike trail so bring your bike ms or rent some like we did. We biked all the way to St. Petersburg. Beautiful beaches are only about a 7 minute drive away and we biked there as well. Finally we want to compliment the hostess. We never met her in person, but she was VERY responsive to our questions and requests. Got back to us quickly again and again.

AMAZING!!! The place is so perfect in so many ways. The pool is fabulous and the backyard is equipped with everything you need. The house itself feels like home away from home. The kitchen is really nice and totally stocked with everything you need to make a feast. The beds are super comfy, the bathrooms are nice, great water pressure in showers, and the washer and dryer are big and new. The location is REALLY awesome. It’s like a three minute walk to the Pinellas Trail, and it’s so close to the beach! Great dogparks nearby too. The hosts are simply fabulous! It’s their home and they care about their guests. Highly recommend!

I will definitely will stay again and again!!! The house is super clean, wide open and very spacious house and floor plan. It is equipped with everything you need and then some!!! The kitchen was stocked well if you plan to cook; including lots of spices which I didn’t expect. The yard was as pictured which made me very happy as I had my little dog who loves just laying in nice green grass! Pool is wonderful- love that it’s salt not chlorine. The host is extremely responsive, happy to answer any questions and just nice!!! The beds, furniture and couches were very comfortable. And if you worry about ac, don’t. I get hot flashes and had to turn the ac up!!The neighborhood is safe and nice and lots near by. It’s refreshing to stay at a house where you know it’s cared for and it shows.Worth a stay for great comfort and did I say clean!!!

This house was perfect for our stay. Good location if you want to go to the beach. Wonderful backyard area with saltwater pool was amazing. We were traveling with our dog so the fenced in backyard was also a plus. The house had all of the things we needed for meals at home as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The perfect house!

Natalia was so easy to work with during this booking! This house was perfect for our stay. I was working with the school system and had to be onsite for 3 weeks. Our pup loved the lizards in the backyard and we loved the fence around the yard for safety. The pool was amazing! We swam almost every day and the saltwater was great as it didn't make me itch like chlorine. Hubby would be grillin' and I would be swimmin'. The house had all of the amenities that could be needed. The kitchen was very well stocked. The bed in the master was very comfy. The second bedroom had 2 queen beds which is always nice for larger families. Overall the stay was wonderful. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Loved everything about this house

We rented this house for 3 weeks in February, 2024 and we were very pleased. The house was very nice, clean and fully stocked with all of the essentials as listed in the description. The kitchen was the most accommodating kitchen I have ever stayed in with new dishes, plenty of silverware and so many cooking utensils, new pots and pans, glasses, and even a few Tupperware containers for leftovers. I was surprised to see cookie sheets the cabinet and a few cabinets that were empty to store my own dry goods. They supplied the first roll of paper towels, plenty of TP, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and trash bags. The beds were very comfortable and the bath towels were thick and luxurious. Tons of bed pillows and very soft sheets. There were even beach towels provided although we used our own. The yard was very nice with a secure fence to keep my small dog safe. The pool is a saltwater pool that is not heated although the owner said that is on the wish list. It was very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, it was too cool for us to swim but we did enjoy lounging on the deck in the sunshine with the comfortable patio furniture they provided. The second bathroom is in the garage which was odd and it was very small but since it was just my husband and I staying there it wasn’t a problem. I’m sure they are not done decorating the house as there were no pictures on the walls and no rugs on any of the floors or entryways. It will be even more inviting when there ar
