Acknowledge (signed) receipt of the Rules and Regulations of CBW Condominium no later than 10days before arrival.
Please return pool pass' to the kitchen so that the next guest can have them. $50 replacement fee per lost or not-returned pass.

Grew up vacationing in St Thomas so great familiarity with the area. Currently residing with husband, 18 year old son and 2 cattle dogs in Pittsburgh but love to return to the Caribbean as much as possible.

My parents vacationed on St Thomas. Loved it and eventually bought at Cowpet Bay. Cowpet is on a lovely part of the island- next to the Ritz Carltonand minutes from the town of Red Hook where there are restaurants, shopping and the ferries to St John and British Virgin Islands.

Relaxing on the veranda is a favorite. Watching activity at the St Thomas Yacht Club. Watching the sun rise or the moon shining over the bay. It's all about the view- binoculars incuded! The ultimate R'n R!
