The property owners did well with communication. But the basement was a little concerning because it looked like someone was living in the basement. We were assured there was no one that lived in the basement but it appeared to be a used bad with blankets, pillows, AC, and lights.

Quaint Duplex Near Downtown

Spacious & clean with plenty of places to stay. It was extremely convenient to get to downtown for a high school wrestling tournament. Quiet, clean neighborhood. The 3rd floor bedroom was loud due to the proximity to the interstate. The grill was not operational and the creaky stairs were the only other downsides. Beds were comfortable, plenty of supplies, & kitchen was nicely stocked. Overall a nice stay & well worth the price.

Refrigerator not clean; semen on sheets in one bed; Crumbs on carpet (and stained with spaghetti sauce); power outlet in bathroom hanging from wall.

Nice place but extra checkin process

This place isn’t actually through VRBO so you have to do extra work to upload all your personal identification. VRBO just charges a finder fee basically. If saying there, I would just go to their site. You have to be fully vetted with them once you purchase. Also can’t use VRBO credits. They were very easy to communicate with though. Expect road noise and plan to sleep with white noise.

Girls Weekend

This is a very cute older historical home in a beautiful neighborhood. We had 5 adult women get together for the weekend, and this place fit our group perfectly. One of us snores so the 3rd floor bedroom option fit perfectly, just a tad noise from the highway but slept great with a fan running on high over the fan. We ordered take out both nights, great selection of a variety of different foods. Delivery from area restaurants were fast and delicious, under 25 mins from order to door. This fit our group great! If your party is more than 5, I suggest bringing your own towels, and extra blankets. The idea of 9 people would require 3 people in the kind, 2 in the queen bed, then two singles in third bedroom plus two people sleeping on the couch sectional. You would need to bring extra bedding for couch if planned on using that to sleep on. It was a perfect weekend and we plan to use this place again next time we come to town for an event. It’s clean, cute, and close to most places you typically want to be close by. It’s very affordable
