Amenities in the unit include a smart Roku TV, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The apartment is located in the newly renovated R&T Lofts building.

The building has access to the skywalk, so even when the weather is bad, you can walk to all of the important places in downtown.

The studio apartment is HUGE, it feels more like a 1 bedroom with all the closet space, large bathroom, complete with washer & dryer. Industrial urban decor, super comfy bed, the perfect place to enjoy a weekend (or longer) in downtown DSM! The apartment is located in the newly renovated R&T Lofts building. Very cool "hang out" areas scattered throughout the building for all guests to use.

Getting around couldn't be easier. Whether you prefer exploring the city by foot, bike or ride share, your in the center of it all! Great public transit, bike lanes, even sky walks to avoid bad weather!
