Welcome to your little slice of Paradise in Port Aransas, Texas! Condo 221 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom beach condo that can sleep up to 6 people. It has a queen bed in each bedroom and a queen sleeper in the pull-out couch. Condo 221 has been recently updated and offers all brand-new furniture and appliances. The condo has a dual coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, toaster, and reverse osmosis filtered water and ice connected to a full-size fridge. Condo 221 has a large 70-inch smart TV in the living area, and both bedrooms have 43 smart TVs. Condo 221 has a large patio that is great for sitting and listening to the magical and soothing sounds of the waves. Come and enjoy the beautiful pools and hot tubs. A short walk over the boardwalk will put you right on the beach. Come and enjoy this beautiful unit.

What you can expect in the condo:

Wi-Fi & Cable

The kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.

The condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.

A start-up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets, and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed, please visit the front desk.

This condo comes with a covered parking space. Spaces are reserved; please park in the assigned spot, and if you bring an additional vehicle, it will need to be parked in the guest parking at the front of the complex.

Condo was cozy and clean. Pool and beach access was great. Had one issue with cooling but was fixed within the day.

Very updated condo! Great kitchen with new appliances. Nice touches like USB charging ports on the master BR night stand. Fairly convenient to the elevator. Very large balcony. Highly recommended.

The location is perfectThe property is ok it has alot of activities for all ages. Esay access to the beach. The guest room furniture was dusty There was debris on the floors in the living room and guest bathroom. Other than that the condo has e everything you need

Beautiful Port A

Haven't stayed here since before Hurricane Harvey and so glad to be back. Great property amenities. Easy beach access. Extremely clean unit with well- equipped kitchen including blender and air fryer. Only heads up us very loud AC when it clicks on and water not very hot. Have alerted management so hopefully fixed before next stay. Also remotes for ceiling fans all seem to be on same frequency so tricky to manage separate fans in rooms, but great to gave fans. veeyndors not
