Welcome to “The Sandpiper,” where adventure, rest, and relaxation await you! Stepping through the front door, you'll enter a relaxing, beach-themed home away from home. Unit #303 is a beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the top floor, conveniently located near the elevator. Here, vacation means more than sinking your toes in the sand. With easy access to the pools (one heated October through March for the comfort of Winter Texans), hot tubs, a recreation room, and the beach—and with a designated parking space near the elevator—you'll have plenty to enjoy.


This suite includes a master bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, sliding doors with direct access to the large private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub and shower. The second bedroom has two comfortable twin XL beds that can be converted into a king bed if desired, and it's paired with a second bathroom with a walk-in shower, and both bathrooms feature lighted mirrors. The dining area seats six.

The living room has a queen-size sofa bed with a memory foam mattress.

Keep your vacation wardrobe fresh with our new washer and dryer in the laundry room. Great place to store your coolers, beach toys, beach accessories, and towels after a fun-filled day at the beach or pool.


The spacious private balcony will likely become your favorite spot, whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or a refreshing evening cocktail. The high-top furniture provides relaxing views of Cinnamon Shores and partial views of the ocean. You can also toast to the breathtaking sunset views over Corpus Christi Bay from the comfortable chairs near the entry of unit #303—a delightful way to wind down your day!


Our fully equipped kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances and all the accessories you need, whether you're preparing light snacks or a gourmet meal. It includes both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, plus an electric water kettle, so whether you prefer ground coffee or K-cups, you can sip your morning brew out on the deck.


For your entertainment, the unit is equipped with Smart TVs throughout. There's a 65” wall-mounted TV in the living room, a 44” TV in the master bedroom, and a 41” TV in the guest room. Enjoy Spectrum TV or Wi-Fi for your viewing pleasure. If you need to catch up on work, a desk is provided in the master bedroom. For added fun, family games can be found in the living room cabinet and in the master closet.


After a day of fun at the beach or lounging by the pool, relax with a game of corn hole or giant Jenga while preparing dinner on one of the charcoal grills provided on the property.
