Sound of the Sea East 107 is an Oceanfront 3-Level 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Townhouse Condo in the Sound of the Sea Community. This property offers breathtaking views and is just a stone's throw away from the beach access.
Enjoy freshly made meals in the beautiful, fully equipped, modern kitchen. Wireless High Speed Internet, 4 TVs with Cable and/or Roku streaming access, Dishwasher, In-Unit Washer/Dryer. Leisurely partake of your morning coffee and evening drinks on the Private Decks with Outdoor Furniture. Central HVAC.
Ground Level: Bedroom #1 with Queen bed, Ceiling Fan, and private patio access to the beach. Shared full bath with walk in shower. Bedroom #2 with Twin/Double Bunk Set, TV, Ceiling Fan, sofa and loveseat. Laundry area.
Level One: Living area with flat screen TV and large sectional to enjoy family movies. Dining area that seats six. Open kitchen will have virtually everything you need and seating for four at the bar. Half bath.
Level Two: Bedroom #3: King bed, TV, Ceiling Fan, private deck and ocean views. Shared full bath with walk in shower. Bedroom #4: Queen bed and Twin bunk bed, Ceiling Fan, and TV.
The Sound of the Sea Community offers on-site amenities sure to make your vacation fun and relaxing while the location provides easy access to many restaurants, grocery stores, water park, mini golf, and unique shops!
Community Amenities: Gated Community, Two Outdoor Pools, Pool House, Outdoor Showers, Outdoor Grill Area, Tennis Facilities, Community Private Walkway to the Beach, Building Elevators, and No Smoking on Premises. Bluewater cannot guarantee Complex/Community Amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.
PARKING INFORMATION
Each reservation will receive:
• 2 Gate Cards - The gate cards can be used for both vehicular entry and pedestrian gate. Lost Gate Card Fee: $75.
• 3 Parking Passes - parking for 1 car at unit, 2 in general parking. 3 cars max - Sound of the Sea does not have overflow parking. Lost Parking Pass Fee: $50.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.
NO SMOKING - this is a non-smoking community.
Up to 2 Small - Medium Dogs (60 lb max) allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! No Large Dogs or Cats allowed. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.
Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
