Cozy beach house

We enjoyed our stay in Westhampton. Christian was easy to communicate with. Beds are comfortable though some of the other furniture is a bit worn and could use updating. We enjoyed the pool a lot and appreciated the fun floats! It's not heated but was warm enough in August. The outdoor shower is a really nice amenity. Note the house is about 15 minutes from the closest public beach as the closer Westhampton beaches require resident permits. House is about a mile from town and very easy access to grocery stores and the farmer's market which we enjoyed.

Just what we needed

Christian was welcoming. We felt comfortable in his home. We enjoyed the pool and the kids loved the playground across the street. Good location.

Clean, spacious house with attentive owner

We just got back from two weeks at this property. The house looks exactly like the listing. It was located on a double-yellow line road, but the road was never busy and cars did not drive fast down it. The kitchen was modern and had everything we could need. The backyard was also just as is pictured, but the wooden patio around the pool was worn and had some holes in it...my kids had to be very careful not to fall. A big surprise to us was that there are 8 tennis courts across the street from the house, as well as a track and a basketball court. My husband and I were able to play tennis every morning while our kids were safely across the street watching tv. We were also able to take our kids to the fields to play sports. It added a lot to the experience and I think families and athletes of all ages should know about that. The in-room AC units worked very well and the house was always cool. Whenever we had a question, Christian responded over text very quickly, even though he was on vacation himself! While the house is walking distance to town, it was a bit far for my kids to walk but it was about a 2 minute drive and maybe 5 minute bike ride to town - super convenient. 5-10 minutes drive to the beach and we parked on the street. The location was really great for getting to some wonderful places like Dockers (waterfront food and kayaking/paddleboarding) and Oaklands (fantastic restaurant on a marina in Hampton Bays). Overall, this was a comfortable home base from which to explore Westhampton and the nearby towns, with an attentive owner.

Lovely home and gracious owner!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was lovely and dealing with the owner was like dealing with a member of your own family. Christian went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! I would not hesitate to rent this home again.

Lovely Home and Great Location!

Gorgeous open kitchen with stainless steal appliances. Very comfortable and cozy living area as well as sleeping area. And last but not least we really enjoyed the pool and grill. Everything was super convenient to get to and the owner was very accommodating and easily accessible. I will be back!

Immaculate & relaxing;look forward to going back

My husband and I had a three day getaway at this five star property.The Butcher Shop in town provided the best steaks for the backyard barbecue. I would recommend this property wholeheartedly.

Perfect House!

We spent the 4th of July wknd at the house and it was the perfect choice...neat and welcoming! Close to stores and beach. Everything we needed we needed in the kitchen was provided, we just showed up with food. And the POOL is amazing! The owner of the house, Christian, was just great, always easy to reach and very accommodating. We hope to go back soon.
