Great Location

We had a great time and this location was perfect! The climb up to the villa in our jeep was intimidating the first time but we got use to it!

Amazing Views

The place was very nice. It has a large balcony with an amazing view. Three pools and 2 restaurants on site. They also offered free shuttle service around the resort. The staff were all so nice and helpful. It was a great location too, just a 7 minute drive to Redhook. Which was great since we did 2 days in St John, and the car ferry was out of Redhook.

This place was perfect!

Clean , roomy , awesome views,great A/C ,friendly staff, well stocked kitchen, Plenty of comfortable beds,nice patio with ocean/mountain views, 11 O clock check out. Convienet trash containers. Drive in a little scary the first time but you get used to it.

Fabulous Views

Although, parking was limited, we also found a space close to the residence. I would recommend having a vehicle to get around, but I did see some visitors getting around the resort without a vehicle. Driving the multi-levels along the hills was challenging, but the view from the terrace was amazing. The two bedroom, two bathroom residence was perfect for our group of four.

Just as nice as the Ritz

We came to St.Thomas for a wedding at the Ritz and made a vacation out of it the property and staff were perfect , I think we had the highest unit on the property with the most amazing views. Every morning we would all gather on the patio for the sunrise with a cup of coffee WOW you have to see it to believe it . I would definitely recommend this property. This was my first time using VRBO and I will definitely be back.

Family Destination Wedding

The property was well kept, our room was very clean and comfortable and had a great view. Our only disappointment was that the restaurant/ bar and grill and one pool was not open due to construction . This was never communicated to our party prior to our arrival and our rates were never adjusted to reflect the lack of these services. Our party consisted of renting several units for for over 14 guests and not having these onsite amenities made it difficult for eating and socializing. Having a full amenity resort was a reason we booked at Point Pleasant.

Stunning views! A near perfect week

This condo lived up to and even exceeded our expectations! It was spotless, beautifully decorated in soft greys and blues, had a view to die for. Service and staff at the Point Pleasant Resort were friendly and helpful. Linens were white and high quality, towels were ample and there were lovely hand made soaps and toiletries offered. Small suggestions: pots and pans need to be updated or replaced. As regards the Resort in general, the hillside is beautiful, but even with shuttles, be aware there are steps required to get to the pools and restaurant, not a problem if you are fully fit and mobile. The Resort would be improved with more good dining options. Shoreline Bar and Grille is OK, not fabulous, and the menu is limited. Other restaurants are nearby but require a taxi or car. But we would return to this Resort and to this particular condo and heartily recommend both.

Overpriced and in Need of Cleaning & Fixing/Maintenance

We would NOT come back here. We were robbed of 2 afternoons of our vacation time which is unfair. Instead of enjoying the island we had to stay in so repairman could fix various broken things due to lack of maintenance: broken large sliding patio door which is old and rusted, screen door impossible to open/close, sliding shower door, broken bathroom window couldn’t be fixed, etc. Although the bathrooms were updated, the rest of the condo desperately needs updates and fixes: front door handle broken, old sofa and chairs that are very dirty, stained and torn, all chairs on patio torn, 2 of the 4 stove plates didn’t work, no decent curtains in rooms make it impossible to sleep in, mattress in master bedroom is old and sinks, main fan was broken prior to our arrival and we learned owner/host knew and didn’t fix it! Overall the property is dirty and common area not maintained – condo not clean, pools were all murky, chairs at pools and small beach were dirty and broken, ZERO cleaning of common areas – stairs, floors between condos were filthy and although we asked several times we never got floor towels for bathrooms, TVs disconnected to wifi and streaming platforms couldn’t connect. NO sound insulation and very noisy neighbors (partying college students) woke us up several nights! Despite, all these issues the staff was lovely and quick to respond and send repairman and the condo has a nice view and is spacious. But overall property is old, dirty, unmaintained and overpriced!

Views of Heaven

This property if beautiful! It is clean, well organized, plenty of room for two couples, awesome views from the balcony. Plenty of room for parking if you are renting a car which i highly recommend. I really liked the location of the property its kind of in the middle of it all. less than 10 minutes to ferry or hooks where you have grocery, restaurants, and marina. 10 to 15 min to the city, 20 min tops to Meghan's bay. You have three beaches within 5 min drive They were very accommodating because we arrived a day earlier and left a day later do to flights. Even though you are in a rental property it feels more like a resort. multiple pools and restaurants to eat at within point pleasant. Overall a great vacation The only thing i would recommend is for a better WIFI router because it does have a very good signal

Amazing view

This condo was beautiful and the view is breathtaking. We enjoyed the comfort of the beds and everything was in the kitchen that we needed. We will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends.

Great location

This condo is in a perfect location on St. Thomas. It is in the middle of many beautiful beaches. Also, there are excellent restaurants nearby. When you want to head to St. John's, the ferry is just down the road!

I had 2 units . If this is the unit in B everything was fine except the bed . Horrible

The bed was horrible . It is at least 2 years old and you can feel the springs . Please invest in a decent bed . You also need new dishes and pots/pans . Thank you
