Stylish, comfortable 1st floor living and 2 lower level Bedrooms
This house is like a duplex and is perfect for group trips, family getaway. It is a 4 level house with owner living on 3rd & 2nd floor. .You will have the other side on 1st and lower level. You won't share anything except laundry and driveway.
- About 18 min to John Glenn Airport, downtown, from OSU campus, German Village, COSI, OSU, and Nationwide Arena.
- Living room has 58 inch smart TV and a projector with streaming services
- Each room is also equipped with a TV with streaming services( Netflix, amazon,YouTube...)
- 24/7 surveillance camera.
You will have 2 smaller bedrooms with double bed and 1 spacious bedroom with queen bed, smart TV in the lower level of the house.
Kitchenette ,dinning area, laundry, bathroom and living room on 1st floor. Patio with sitting area.
You will have total privacy. You wont share anything with the owner except laundry and driveway. They owner may inter if he suspect of any illegal activities going on there.
